Took my pug to get groomed for the first time and had a great experience. Staff was friendly and kind to myself and my pug, Boba. Boba’s nails and coat looked fantastic. Pricing was accurate and inexpensive for my pug puppy. Highly recommend. We will be returning!

The staff is always so friendly and professional. Melanie is literally the-dog-whisperer. All dogs love her her, and obey, which makes for beautiful grooms. Highly recommend.

Since having her second child, the owner is unable to keep up with her grooming commitments. I don't have any issue regarding her making the family a priority; however, this comment is directed from a customer's perspective and a customer's expectation. She does do a nice grooming job. If she suggests using her sister in a bind, don't.

My dog is super excited when we pull in the parking lot at Mel’s. He loves her and the attention he gets with her. Mel has told me when my dog had the very beginnings of an ear infection?!? We’d be lost without Melanie and Derek!
