The store manager Moe's was very friendly and helpful to answer all my questions. I was a little scared to walked in to any mobile retailer stores as usually they were very pushed. But Moe took his time explaining everything like friend and I was convinced to switch to Metro right away. Highly recommend

Went to upgrade a phone that hadn't been upgraded for almost two years. They offered a $50 discount also. I thought this was great until the other employee reminded the one working with me that I would need to change my $30 unlimited plan to the $60 unlimited plan to get the discount. As this makes no sense, I declined. Then I'm told the case doesn't include a screen protector and all they have are glass - for $13 more dollars (and she admits they tend to pop off) - that's in addition to the $13 case. And the $15 activation fee - fyi Sprint activated an older phone for free. Generally I like MetroPCS but being told I would receive a discount, then a few minutes later they remember to tell me it requires doubling my monthly rate made me tell them that was a trick being pulled on loyal customers. They didn't disagree. Bottom line, employees should know not to leave out pertinent information concerning discounts (and I don't know how MetroPCS can call it a discount when you have to substantially increase your monthly payments to qualify) and I don't think its too much to ask that they carry plastic screen covers for all their phones, at a reasonable price, not $13. And to be clear, the employees were pleasant, they didn't give me a hard time.

Very un professional ! In the middle of customer service stopped to text then started talking about personal life. Cussing and everything while I had 2 small children with me. @3:24 on Sunday 10/9/16
