I was asked by I assume the manager "can I help you find anything?" While looking through clearance section in a very distasteful way as if I was stealing. Store does not have as much inventory as before. Will not return. Hope they close it down.

I had something framed here a couple of years ago. They position themselves as professionals in offering custom framing. The picture I had framed by them is falling apart on one side. I called to see if they would prepare it, and they suggested that I buy another frame and there’s nothing they could do about it. Don’t bring your custom framing work here. Go to a professional.

Lazy night manager was eating in the front room. Did NOT assist with anything and rudely said we should have went have went to another store. NEVER shopping with "SALLY" again.

I go to Michaels every 2-3 days and every experience is magical! I’m a big crafter so Michaels is a second home! The staff is always amazing and helpful! The deals are also great!

Its pricey , some items like vinyls sheet which are .60 cent sold by other stores and at Michaels those are 4 dollars.

Super small selection compared to other Michaels stores, most of the time I have a good experience here and buy some art supplies I need on sale. But today I walked in waiting for Ulta to open and was the only customer in the store; it’s early on a Monday, I get it; but after walking around for a bit trying to kill time I hear one of the employees talk into their mic a couple aisles over “Has sweater left yet?” (I’m wearing a big sweater bc it’s cold out) another employee slowly leans to look for me and goes “Noooo, almost.” After hearing the interaction I decide to just buy my stuff and leave, thought it a bit rude but whatever.

The store pales in comparison to hobby lobby, BUT.. The staff are super sweet( a gal waited on me even though she was on her break!)

Wow, the service is impeccable! We went for the paint pour and the manager was very informative and patient with the kids, even though she was super busy with the store due to the holidays. She gave us all the materials (and more) to make sure that everyone is happy. Definitely going back to this Michael’s!
