Called needing an uncommon pipe fitting along with a few there weee more common. They answered the phone promptly, were friendly and very helpful. Upon arriving at their store I was helped almost immediately where my requests were filled and multiple options were given for the uncommon items they did not stock. I was in and out in under 10 minutes. I highly recommend them for your plumbing needs in Rosenberg. I’ll be back when the need arises.

The staff here is very knowledgeable and can help when it comes to deciding what size pipes you truly need. Here when they say they will call you back, want to know so something crazy, they actually follow through. Its usually the same day if you call early enough. Can't thank y'all enough for finding the parts I needed and getting it ordered. Very professional and they ALL know what they are talking about been doing business with them since I was 16 and before my dad had an account with no issues EVER. I'm 39 now and 1 call you get what you asked for. Best plumbing store in Rosenberg/Richmond area and I have tried them all.

Called about a faucet and was informative, showed up and they had my item, they were friendly and it was at a great price. It would be 5 stars, but the location is tough to find.

Very helpful and knowledgeable. Had an issue with my water heater and they helped me get the correct part and even helped me figure out how to diagnose and repair water heater. Will definitely use this place again.

They were low on supplies due to the high demand from the freeze, but very helpful... I saw one of them go as far as to dig through a box of scrap to find a customer what he needed.

In response to Ronald Kolar's post. He returned a water heater that was cut out of the box. None of our customers will buy a water heater that has been cut out of the box. We charged him $100 as a restock fee which isn't unreasonable for a water heater that we can't resell.
