“Associates were professional and welcoming as well as considerate (offered waiting customers cold bottled water). The wait was somewhat long- at one point 3 cars each per two bays and 1 in a third bay. Once third bay became empty no other customers were directed there, as several employees could be observed in the bay “busy.””
“I came in and short wait. Service was fast (oil) and was offered a discount for another service (coolant) I didn't come in for, but needed to get it done. I was offered air filter, but said I would do that and wasn't pressured.”
