I went into Old Navy, specifically looking for a wide leg. Dark wash, jeans, and Lizbeth hepled me to find exactly what I wanted. She even went online to see if there were different sizes available in the item that I wanted. I was having a bad day, and her simple kindness and superb customer service were exactly what I needed to end my day. Thank you, Lizbeth.

The store was organized which made my shopping experience pleasant. The personnel attitudes were an added bonus. I purchased more than initially planned and will return!

I stood in line for about 3 minutes to checkout, no one came until a lady walked in to do a return. She enters the line from the wrong direction and the cashier came straight over to help her. I left the items I wanted to purchase on the counter and proceeded to walk away. The cashier asked if I was there 1st, I said yes but I’ll spend my money elsewhere.

I went in with Super Cash today and left with some great deals. The woman behind the counter was friendly and helpful. I saved over $30! Woohoo. There were lots of markdowns and everything was very organized.
