We had a large in ground pool with a liner that had to be replaced and would leak causing concrete shifting and cracking. Ortiz Pools completely rebuilt our pool, leveled everything, put in a new deck It’s beautifully done, the workers were awesome. They constantly kept us updated on the progress and what was next. I would highly recommend Ortiz Pools for any pool work.

We had our pool installed at the begining of 2023 and Ortiz Pools did a great job. Pete has done a great job of keep in touch and following up with answering any questions we've had. We recomend Ortiz Pools to install a pool to anyone looking for a great pool.

Met Pete this morning. As a manufactures rep my first take is that he has an extensive understanding of Pool Plaster and Water chemistry. During our meeting he made it very clear that his customer satisfaction is a priority. We need more Pete's in the pool business!!!

I contracted with Ortiz Pool to redo my large inground pool because of their workmanship quality and it's a family run business that's been around locally for several decades. They replaced all the tile, coping and replastered.
During the job it was clear they focused on getting details right, asking me for clarification on preferences, and adding some enhancements. I enjoyed interacting with their 'family at work'.

Pete and his team with Ortiz Pools have provided the easiest experience I could have hoped for building a pool. They are a family owned and operated company who take pride in their work and are honest and up front about everything. His crews show up when he says they will and work until the job is complete. We are very pleased with our pool and the construction process was explained to us day to day. Also, they provide on-site support after construction to maintain your pool correctly. I would highly recommend Ortiz Pools to anyone looking to build a customized pool.

Ortiz did a fantastic job building me an in ground pool and spa in 4 weeks! The weather cooperated to meet this deadline and the quality of work was excellent. I found the Ortiz family to be hard workers and excellent craftsman. The price quoted was the price I paid. They even spray coated part of my exiting deck at no cost. I would not hesitate to use them again if I ever move! Right now, they have created a paradise in my backyard.
So after 12 years and Hurricane Harvey I ha Ortiz Pools resurface the entire deck. Beautiful craftmanship paying attention to detail. Pete Ortiz was extremely responsive and came up with some great ideas too. I highly recommend Ortiz Pools for new and renovation projects!
