Affordable and efficient. Great customer service ,equipment professional, securement. You get all this without going broke. One company had the audacity to attempt to charge me 300 to go 22 miles. Son had a break down here in Rosenberg. He called performance, and Shawn answered, he is very courteous and straightforwardly guy. He gave a fair price for the tow and time-frame. Showed up quick and saved the day. Thanks Shawn. I highly recommend this family owned local business.

Driving back from a few days at the beach when I got a flat tire in the middle of the night. ? I quickly looked up nearest towing company and located “Performance”. Brian answered and was so nice and attentive to my stranded situation! He located where I was & informed me of how long it would be before he got to me. He was a professional and towed my vehicle to the dealership, but also waited with me until my Uber driver arrived. Really appreciated the peace of mind Brian provided throughout the whole ordeal. Superior service!!

I was in desperate need of getting my car unlocked and informed the dispatcher that I only had $25 on me. The dispatcher was friendly and compassionate for the situation I was in. Performance towing & Recovery came out and took care of me! The individual that took care of me gave great customer service and wished me a great day! Definitely will hit them up again for service!

I had my car blow a tire on 59 and u went through my insurance initially to get a tow, and after waiting 3 hours and getting notifications letting me know a new towing company was taking my case, and then another, and then another, until I called someone in town. Initially I called Big Rod and they were great too—after talking with them, the person I talked to realized I’d need a flatbed, which they didn’t have available at the time. They were really helpful and called Bryan from performance towing themselves and even texted me letting me know they got ahold of him and that he’d be calling me shortly. Bryan called me and was there in 15 minutes. I appreciated that he picked it up despite it being the end of the day, and the service was quick, got me home, and then paying was easy and affordable—he also explained how to submit it to my insurance and came off as a good guy. Hopefully I don’t need them in the future, but if I do, I’ll keep them in mind for sure.

Bryan was on time to pick up my vehicle, he called me 15 mins before he was coming like he said. He place and took my car off the tow bed very nice and was careful with my car. I road with him to the dealership, the interior of his truck was nice and clean. He was very nice and respectful. I would recommend him to anyone. Thank you again!
