Clean store with ample inventory, including fish and live pets. Our kids love walking through the store with us, and the employees have been helpful and friendly.

Good place but they only have cat grooming days once a month, and you really have to find time out of your schedule for it as you don’t other options. Wish they could add another cat grooming day to have 2 in a month

Always friendly store staff, groomers however couldn't even find one single flea, when I know my dog has fleas at the time. Not thorough enough maybe ?

prices are too high on a lot of items, very rude cashiers/workers. They do not greet you first.. if at all, or say thank you for spending X amount of money. The question on the key pad before paying asking if I would like to make a donation is outlandish. It has two answers “ yes I would like to save pet lives” or “ no I do not care to save pet lives” and they look at you with disgust even more because you did not donate. Again even though the question before paying is outrageous.. maybe if they were nice and helpful people would donate… but not with that attitude… it sucks. They ruin the shopping experience totally. So it’s in and out instead of maybe let’s get other things or a ?,?,or hamster ? or other high priced accessories (search amazon, ebay, local people on marketplace first) .. but no those cashiers/workers make it so unpleasant. So now we avoid going in by ordering everything from Chewy right to the doorstep. And don’t dare ask about anything.. forget that guys… all while they stalk you… thinking you are stealing, but if you ask them or LP something while they make your shopping experience as unpleasant as ever they don’t know anything, or get away as soon as they know you are about to ask a question. The pet clothing is triple priced and they know it. Prices do go up but some of those outfits have been there for a couple of years. It being a pet store you would think there would be a decent selection of collars ect. It is so bad, I do not know who their vendor is for these products throughout the store but they should seek a new one for all areas of the store. That’s my time guys I will update this review as I monitor this location further if I see any improvement or something to show you guys worth showing you that you would need to even step foot in this store.

I don't have any problems with petco....except they started charging 10 cents for bags. In HOUSTON! I'm use to it in California and those are NICE BAGS! I forgot about that when I instacarted from there the other day. The guy had some bags in his car. I raised his tip
