Went here a couple times they did a good job for the price but the last time I went I had Lisa. She talked me out of the color I wanted and did some black cat eye design, I didn’t really care for it but didn’t want to cause a scene. Then I was informed they only accept cash so I said hang on let me transfer some over (I just had a card with me) Lisa followed me to the atm and literally was pressing buttons for me. It was soooo unprofessional will not be returning

I have never had done my toes done and when I did I went to this place and they were looking good until the next my toenail was infected and I have now a ingrow nail and it’s really painful. I would never come to this place again

Walked in to get a mani and pedi. They sat me down for a pedicure and didn't turn the water on for 20 min. After she rushed through my toes she did my nails and cut me because she was rushing and still charged me full price.

I left the nail shop with my feet looking just as rough as they looked upon entering. I walked in and there was 3 other women who was actively getting a pedicure. I waited approximately 15 mins before getting in the chair for my pedicure. The first red flag was that my pedicure was done before the other 3 women who obviously was not only there before me but was well into their pedicure. I addressed my concern with the technician about the visible dead skin on both of my feet. No apology, just stated that I need to come there every 2 weeks. Before leaving the establishment, I also spoke to the owner/manager about the unsatisfactory service I received. She looked at my feet and again stated that I need to come there every 2 weeks. Little do they know, my feet are done more often than every 2 weeks because I do have Hashimoto's disease and suffer from dry skin daily, (I just don't come to their shop every 2 weeks). My main problem is that neither the technician or owner/manager had any concern about me being a UNHAPPY, PAYING customer nor did they offer any rectification of the obvious problem that could have been an easy fix. Thank God that there are plenty of nail shops in Rosenberg Tx because I would never go back. Thanks for reading/listening .... Kathy G.
