I wouldn't rate this place to save my life but since I have to give something and zero is not an option, it disgusts me to even do that! They charged me hundreds of dollars for a brake job and the car sounds worse than it did when I brought it! The owner/boss is never there for you too talk to him and the workers claim they don't speak english. I have driven over 25-30 miles (one way) 3 times to resolve this issue because they never answer the phone or return a message left. I don't understand how you can put a warranty on labor and parts and don't honor it but you still want people to pay money when you've screwed up the job. This place is horrible! As old, dirty, and rundown as it is, that's probably why they take people's money and don't care about the job. I was referred to this place by another business that sold me a busted tire and because men think female are stupid when it comes to vehicles, so they get over on us because we are not watching over them, which we shouldn't have to. Integrity in a business should make you care about a person's safety, you never know when innocent children are involved! I will never set foot on that raggedy property again and I would never recommend them to ANYONE. They're cheap side mechanics looking to make a quick buck and not caring about your safety on the road! I now forgive myself for making such bad choices, I was leary but desperate when I pulled up. Quality definitely counts when your life is involved! FORT BEND AUTO SERVICE IS DEFINITELY NOT QUALITY...maybe only to their long time customers but definitely not new ones.
