Rose-Rich Shopping Center is a convenient local place with plenty of parking. It is a good place to eat and shop, with friendly stores including a nail salon, clothes stores, Dollar Tree, and Family Dollar. However, some note issues with homeless and druggies, advising to get what you need and not stay long. While some find cute things to buy, others feel it can be horrible and too much crazy. It offers the best of every world for those who live nearby.

SORRY for this part ....My brother also lied there.. due to section 8 HUD apartment building behind subject to beggers out side of some of the stores mainly in front of the dollar tree...but good for a large variety of business
