Took my truck into this location with the fear of not being able to get it fixed due to previous owner put silicone on seal of windshield. The technician 584 assured me after quick inspection it's not a problem and he could do the job. It only took them about an hour and he got it done even informed me of some rust on frame of window and treated it for me. 5 star service from this location and tech. Great customer service as well

They did a great job with replacing my windshield. I, however, had a hard time with communications between my insurance and safelite. It wasn't safelites issue, it was my insurance. I have a third party insurance, and it was three different entities who had to communicate my claim. But I was in and out with no issues. One of the workers was from Oregon like me too so he cane and chit chatted with me to see how OR was. (Not good by the way)

I’ve tried 5-6 times to call these people and their automated system will not put me through to anyone. It keeps hanging up on me. I need to speak with a human to see if they can even find or have my window. I tried several locations and get the same thing. It’s like they don’t want my money! They need to do better!!!!!

I wish I remembered their names because they were amazing! They had one driver that could drive a stick and another guy that was like a Honda expert. Those men were so kind and communicative and helpful! They came to Houston from this location. Best experience! Thank you!

My husband took his truck there to get his windshield replaced and he got a new windshield but then left with a broken rearview mirror and a cut windshield washer fluid line. I noticed the crack in the mirror but he couldn't see it at first until he went to work early in the morning with the bright lights hiting it and then days later, he needed to clean the windshield so he could see and nothing came out. He went out and checked to see what was going on and saw that the line was cut. I called originally about the mirror and they told me to bring the truck in. Well we can't because he doesn't have the same hours of work as their hours of operation. They gave me a phone number where I could send pictures but got no response. They sent me an email asking about how the service went so I replied and then they responded to me telling me to make an appointment for warranty work. After that is when he realized that he couldn't use the washer fluid due to the line being cut. Accident or not, own up to your mistakes. If you mess up someones vehicle, say something, especially when it comes to things you need to use like the mirror and wiper fluid in order to see. I expect to get my vehicle back the same way I left it except for getting a brand new windshield. Will definitely not go there again.

I am writing to express my serious dissatisfaction with the recent service I received from a Safelite technician, which resulted in further, avoidable damage to my Tesla Model Y's windshield. I scheduled a mobile service appointment to repair a small chip on my windshield. The chip was minor and had not cracked the windshield in any way.Upon arrival, the technician applied a coolant to the chipped area. This sudden temperature change caused the chip to crack, causing further damage to my vehicle. I have attached a photograph taken prior to the technician’s arrival, showing the original minor chip for your reference.I have communicated with the customer service about this incident and the only resolution offered was a credit for the amount I had paid towards the full replacement of my windshield through Safelite. This proposed resolution is wholly unsatisfactory. I sought Safelite's service in good faith to repair my windshield, not to be placed in a situation where I must replace it at additional cost and inconvenience due to an error in judgment or procedure by a Safelite technician.
