Hiii I went to the Sally’s today in Rosenberg to get a dye and some other products, I was asking two of the girls questions at the register and they were a bit rude and one of them laughed at me and looked at the other girl ? Maybe I read into it wrong but I was there with a friend and even he agreed that they came off rude.

A rocking good time was had by all! How does one have a rocking good time in a Beauty Supply store? EASY with uncluttered aisles, sweet and knowledgeable sales associates, and all the beauty supplies you could think of, it's a party!

Its a store I like it but I called that hair stylist virtual line that the associate suggested and the recommendation on the color she gave me is bot what i wanted I expressed I wanted to keep it blonde wellllll idk what this hair color is but its NOT a dark blond it looks like dark cinnamon color im so mad I should have just dis what I wanted to do and she had the nerve to say she has been a hairstylist for 6 years plus... im mad mad lol now I cant do ANYTHING with it.. I cant bleach it again because it will break off so in conclusion dont call the virtual hair stylist they have for help with color suggestions

The 2 stars are only because I got what I needed and the prices were not horrible. The problem was the customer service, there was a tall associate and a short one. My husband was helped by the taller associate and then she came to help me afterwards, while the shorter associate helped another customer. As I’m getting help, the shorter associate tells the taller associate that the customer she was helping is leaving. I look at the register and see my husband standing near the counter, not walking out but standing there. I politely informed the shorter associate that he was my husband and was waiting for me to finish being helped. She quickly responded that she said that because she (the taller associate) had helped him earlier. Now I’m not sure if they receive commission on purchases or if she wanted the taller associate to stop helping me to check this man but it was very rude. The mere assumption that he was leaving, as he calmly stood in the lobby, didn’t sit right with me. I won’t make the same mistake in assuming her motives behind the conversation but either way it goes there needs to be a conversation about proper customer etiquette and maybe even an eye exam.

Not owned by Mustang Sally or Lay Down Sally. This is a pretty decent Sally store in Rosenberg, and we've never had any problems with them. Barbie prefers Ulta and so do a lot of really beautiful girls apparently, but it's still pretty damn good here.

Great Location. Plenty of parking. Store is neat and clean. Staff is friendly, helpful, and go that extra mile to help you find what you are looking for or need. Love the monthly targeted sales. The Mother's Day gift was great.

Good experience. I wish they were open until 9pm. Also they were out of my much needed, favorite Ion Wellness Solutions yogurt and honey leave-in conditioning spray though!! I was disappointed after driving 30 minutes to pick some up.

Rude employees. They weren't knowledgeable regarding hair coloring. They attempted to sale items I know were wrong. I know how to do hair, I just wanted a second opinion. What I received was service that was not only rude, but incorrect. I didn't appreciate the attitude of the employees. I highly recommend if you need supplies OTC that the best Sally's is NOT this one. Worst Sally's I've ever visited. I won't be visiting this store again... I'd rather order online. Sally's has now lost a loyal customer.
