Had a pick up here at 1pm. I showed up at noon they stated they had lunch from 12-1 and we will get to you right after. Now it’s 3pm and loads still not ready this place is no good beware if you have a pick up/delivery.

I had a pleasant experience with the team here... The website is pretty user friendly and I was happy that the team was able to get back to me in a timely manner with a quote and they even offered to send me a free sample. Little things matter, and you can tell this company has a good heart. I'll definitely be recommending them to my friends that need 3pl for scaling their companies!!

I had a terrible experience with SCHC Warehousing and Logistics. My goods were damaged, delivery was late, and customer service was unhelpful. The management, especially COO Christine and Gustavo, were unprofessional, causing a $5,000 loss for our eBay store. I can't recommend SCHC.

I am extremely disappointed with the services provided by SCHC Warehousing and Logistics, particularly due to the mishandling by the management team. My recent experience involved severe mishandling of my products and unjust overcharging. Despite my attempts to resolve the issue, the lady in charge (COO), Christine, and Gustavo were uncooperative and unprofessional.
The handling of my goods was poor, resulting in damage to several items.
The COO of SCHC needs to address these severe lapses in service and customer care. This has been a costly and frustrating ordeal. Due to their poor service, our eBay store was shut down, and we had to bear a massive loss. I would not recommend anyone to do business with SCHC given my experience. I hope SCHC takes immediate steps to rectify these issues.

I am very disappointed with SCHC Warehousing and Logistics. My goods were damaged, delivery was delayed, and customer service was unresponsive. Despite paying in full, we were made to wait an hour. The management, including COO Christine and Gustavo, were unprofessional. Their mishandling caused our eBay store to shut down, resulting in a significant loss. I do not recommend SCHC.
