Today I went to visit this Sephora location and received terrible customer service. This would be the Rosenberg location in the town center inside of Kohl’s. I initially was being helped by a young lady who was very helpful and was trying to assist me with finding the products that I needed. When I asked if she could find out if there are other location offers the product that I was looking for that they didn’t have. She was trying her best to find out. She then asked another lady who was working. There was old lady. Her name is Sonia. She was extremely rude and was not trying to help, she told me that they do not contact For customers to help assist them with other products or finding out if they have the products and stock that they are lacking. I have never heard of something like this in a retail retail store. Hi myself has worked in retail for over 12+ years in management Seen such lack of customer service . This is the first time I have ever received bad service in a Sephora store. I would definitely recommend more training, probably removing her. Because I guarantee if she did that to me, I’m pretty sure she has done it to others. I will not be returning.

Yanice is very helpful and kind! I needed makeup and what I needed did not seem to be available since it was not in the show case. She searched and found it in the back.Great example of going above and beyond. Thank you Yanice!

I’ve been shopping at Sephora for years. I love their products and customer service. However, today I had such a terrible experience at this location inside Kohls. This worker named SAM was extremely disrespectful, condescending, and rude. He stated that corporate and management wouldn’t do anything and that they allow him to treat customers this way which I find very unfortunate.. I had to go to ULTA to find the products I needed. If you can avoid this location/worker, it would definitely be in your benefit ..
