Went to get my hair dyed Neapolitan by Hannah for my birthday and she did an amazing job, came in with red hair from my previous time dyeing and she managed to lift the color without damaging my hair, I was nervous getting my hair bleached for the first time but I’ve seen her reviews and I’m glad I came to her ! I've been going to Rose at the JC Penney Salon for over a year. I've been dealing with thinning hair/hair loss after having my kids and Rose has always found a way to cut and style my hair around my concerns. Highly recommend.

Walked in and was immediately greeted by Danny. Told him what I was looking to have done and he immediately understood. He did a great job washing, cutting, drying, & styling. I appreciate that he didn’t try to upsell me on anything and he did EXACTLY what I asked for- no freelance random cutting. Prices are on point for the service. Highly recommend.

My hair was a mess and super dry/frizzy not to mention the box dye effect. May made miracles after other beauticians refused to help. May knows how to interpret your picture wishes to healthy realities. Not to mention she can blow dry perfectly! Have you ever seen a stylist then can hold a giant round brush in one hand and a wide tooth comb + blow dryer in the other? Needless to say she found the perfect colors (without an appointment- it was my lucky day) and tame your crazy hair. Lets keep her busy with best tippers!

We walked in around noon on a Sunday they were great and fit us in.
We’ve been coming here for years and always have a great experience.
They take their time and we don’t ever feel rushed.

I was looking for somewhere to take my grandma too so that she can get her hair done for her birthday and we are so glad we found this place We was very pleased with our hair stylist which was May. ✨ She has excellent customer service, she accommodated my grandmother, was very patient with her and May gave her exactly what she wanted! We will definitely come here again as for our designated hair stylist lives too far away now. Thank you again!

I came in on January 15th around 6 PM, I was instructed to come in the next day because my hair texture would need more than an hour to straighten. I returned January 16th around 11 AM. I was greeted by a Hispanic lady with a very strong accent, I let her know that I was there to get a blowout, Her response was “we do not do that type of hair here“. I am a black woman, and I thought that was a very unprofessional response. I needed my hair done for an event that I had later that evening, I Found someone in Katie that does “my type of hair“ I wasted a lot of time that day Because I was instructed to come back all to be told that “we don’t do your type of hair here“. I do not believe that you should be able to be licensed if you cannot do all hair textures. Would not recommend this location to anyone with a tight curl pattern.

The management at this salon is very unprofessional. Me and my wife just recently bought a house and moved in the area and they made a lot of broken promises to her, she asked for a Pacific hair color showing them pictures of hair colors To match, she also asked if the products they use will damage her hair, they told her the supervisor mixes them in the back himself, and they will not damage her hair. Unfortunately when she came home she started crying because her hair was falling out..
I asked her multiple times what is wrong. she told me that her hair is ruined, they didn’t even want to dry her hair. They didn’t even wanna dry a small piece to show the correct color of her hair color. They gave multiple excuses why they couldn’t dry her hair and they send her home with wet hair.
As a business owner that is not the way you do business on a professional level. This is not the way you treat unsatisfied customers. The next day she asked for a refund but they denied her refund.
Later on my wife left a review, within that same hour the manager called my wife threatening and harassing her to remove the review. Yelling at my wife threatening her to take legal action.
Unfortunately you can’t run a hair salon acting like the mafia demanding people what to do. Insulting, lying, and manipulating people.
I will follow up with the Better Business Bureau to report this salon.
When my wife came home she went in the shower and the die washed out of her hair immediately. I am a witness.
I’m going to post before and after pictures of my wife’s hair. I highly suggest anybody coming here not to go here because they are liars and scam artists, if they could lie to us and threaten us I would worry about The credibility of the products they use. Here is before an after pictures. Keep in mind I am a hard-working person. I had to spend my hard-working money taking her to another hair salon to correct their mistakes. I’m spending a lot of money on treatments because they dried out of her hair. Once again I advise you not to go here.
Later on going to file a lawsuit for defamation of character and threatening. They insulted my wife for not reading our spelling properly.
You don’t treat customers like that.

They should have this place completely shut down since the manger slash hair stylist D is having a hard time admitting she destroyed my hair and have zero options to fix it except speaking to her super visor that was no help at all I would say change hair stylist but they need to shut this place down 25 years of experience but your clients walk out unhappy with damaged hair maybe the super visor needs to grab those scissors and start doing it him self

so if your planning on doing a hair color i highly recommend you dont!! do it here since they also mentioned the supervisor mixes the color him self that should of been a red flag so i came in showing a picture of how i wanted my hair color witch was cow bow copper my hair was a light brown slightly redish with a filler so it Shouldn’t be that hard to lift Regardless of not getting the color I wanted the hair dye they used dried out my hair so bad When I got home with wet hair because she refused a blowout My hair stored falling out like crazy The next day, I spoke to the supervisor over the phone and he was very Empathetic he did offer to redo my color, but he did not understand that my hair was dried out from the first color they used, and I did not feel comfortable with dee The lady that did my hair I have dyed my hair many colors before in the past, and since this is not bleach, it should not dry out my hair like this As A good manager and supervisor Insisting that they run a big company With many SH salons in houston He refused to give me a refund of $150 i am Eight unsatisfied customer my hair is Extremely damaged After using their hair color I did send before and after pictures he still was vary nonecareing and did not understand the fact that I could not undergo another color because my hair was so damaged from the first color he kept on insisting I should come in and do another round of color he did not respect the fact that I was uncomfortable and scared this is definitely not the place to dye your hair!!!! i walked out with damaged hair And Not getting the color that I wanted also end up paying $150
