Wow, this place is the absolute worst truck stop I have ever seen. First they want to charge $10 for cramped parking which is ridiculous. This place like just about any business relys upon trucks to deliver their goods to sell, and drivers to spend money in their store.
Second, I went in with my large insulated cup to get a refill before heading back onto the road. The prick behind the counter started yelling that I couldn't fill it here, so I asked why and all he would says like a petulant child I "I don't allow it!" Without any real reason given, so he said you have to use the cups, so I said fine, I'll fill up you cup and just pour it into mine, and started yelling again, this time saying that I would have to pay for each cup I poured into it. Obviously it's and issue of him just being a cheap POS than any kind of health concerns.
I would give it no or negative stars if I had the ability... No wonder the rating is already so low.

Avoid this place. Smells bad, you'll get fraud on your account if you use your card at the pumps. NFC doesn't work, and you are forced to use the chip. Store clerk rudely replied, it works for everyone else, when asked why it wasn't working. To the owner, your clerk doesn't want to be there.

I came inside and told him that his payment at the pump is not working correctly. 3 different payment attempts (NFC, chip on card, and card directly) at 2 different pumps. He proceeded to raise his voice and blame me and my card. He said it all worked fine this morning so its my problem. The rest of your reviews seem to match the poor customer service. You forever lost business from me and everyone I can share this with. I went across the street to Valero and NFC worked 1st attempt.

My experience was not as bad as some of the reviews. They do charge $10.00 to park and they will tow you if you don’t pay. Unfortunately, about half of the 28 spaces are filled with the personal vehicles of local drivers who park there when home. But that’s pretty much anywhere in this area. There is nowhere else for the local drivers to park.Perfect location to go either direction on US59. The workers were very nice and there is a full service sit down Mexican Restaurant inside.They have showers but I can’t rate them since I didn’t use them. All in all, if you are lucky enough to snag 53 feet and can fork over $10, not a bad place to do your break. Don’t try to creatively park though. They WILL definitely have you towed. They don’t play.
