One of the worst locations I have ever seen. There was a person before me, then the people who arrived after me were attended faster. I don't know if because I only needed a gallon or because my English works as my second language.

A gentleman by the name of Dom helped me out tremendously. I was unsure about some of the products by he pointed me to the facts and made sure to put my needs first. He was honest, quick, and professional. I’ll be coming back. Great store and great management!

The manager was a j**** All we wanted to do was to purchase 10 gallons of direct to metal paint. His store would have made a $600 sale. Instead of accepting our money he kept interrogating us. He needed to know where we from, why we needed to purchase paint and told us we shouldn't have a Pro account. We discovered the Pro + app which allowed us to buy the paint and have it delivered. We're small business owners, if he was my manager and turned away business like he did I would have fired him on the spot.

I called about a week ago to buy paint. They got the wrong paint and said that someone had came in a colored matched the paint. When in reality I called and said I wanted a specific paint. Come in today to see if they can color correct it or they can just give me new paint, I basically paid 300$ for it. They were arguing with me for like an hour saying we are just going to color correct it when a worker in the back was saying it was going to be difficult and not really going to be able to. Come back 15 minutes later for the rude worker in the front to tell me that he spoke to that manager and the only thing they can do is to correct it but if I want exact new paint I have to pay half. What a joke you mess up try to blame me, curse and hit the desk and still aren't able to do your job. I've been a loyal customer and this is what I get. I have order this paint before but ok.

I went in there to get some paint and the staff are the friendliest people i have ever met they helped through the entire process of getting paint.

Showed up an hour after they were supposed to be open on Sunday and the doors were locked up tight. 11AM on Sunday 9/20/20.
