Omar went above the normal to help me switch from AT&T. He was extremely knowledgeable and helped me find the perfect plan and saved me so much money in the process. The best service by far and if I could give this place a 10 I Absolutely would.

I spent more than $80 to buy a sim that was not used for the purpose I requested when opening the sim. I couldn't choose the phone number I wanted but had to get the automatic number they gave me. And right after activating my sim, I received countless calls speaking in Spanish from many different people. It's so bad that I both lost money and lost work for my business. and receive annoying calls. really horrible

Zak is simply amazing! Super helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. I appreciate everything he did to help my husband and I switch from AT&T to T-Mobile. Definitely a satisfied customer.

We had a great experience! We took a lot of his time but Nic was awesome! He was patient with me and my son. No complaints at all! Very helpful, patient with everyone! The whole staff actually was great. They were super busy but never complained and was efficient and super patient! Definitely recommend! 10/10!!

Abdul, was very much a generous young man. He was so helpful with my upgrade and added a line. Very professional and understanding my transformation from android to iPhone. This store customer service is amazing.

This is the only T-Mobile store for us! We drove from Houston for help with 5 new lines. Jacob is knowledgeable, professional, and personable. He returns phone calls and followed up with me on questions I had. We need more stores like the Rosenberg location!There once was an ad for a Houston area car dealer that said, "Chevys and eggs are cheaper in the country." TMobile Rosenberg might consider something similar with regard to Drive a little for a whole lot more service!

My initial experience with T-Mobile sales person was awesome (Jacob) until I ran into this situation where I needed to return the phone almost immediately after buying .... I had missed the return window by two days.. my phone was still in the same condition as I purchased it, but because I was out of state, I wasn't able to bring it sooner. I attempted several times, but the assistant manager (Cristina) at this location was intentionally adamant with telling me she couldn't do it, when I knew better. She was being really ugly, rude and distasteful with no regard about it. She went as far to tell us that no one else would do it ( which she made sure of) for me which she preceded to tell another manager at another store her views about the situation..was informed by several other T-Mobile employees (managers) that it could be done and it would be her discretion , but she refused to allow me, so at this point it was personal against me..The sad thing is she never asked me what my situation was. So, if you go to this location be aware..

My dad came to this store trying to get a new phone. When he came in he was a little nervous because he knew there was going to be a language barrier between him and an associate but an amazing employee came to help my dad and the manager was very sweet and kind to my dad and helped him as much as they could until I arrived. When I got there they continued to help until the very last step 10/10 recommend this store location

Worst customer service. Mislead when I purchased the WiFi 8 months ago. I was told I could cancel the service at any time since there's no contrat. That's a lie. I went in to cancel today. I was told I have to pay the full amount of my bill for the bill due March 4th and the full amount for the bill due April 4th. I don't even have the service nor the device anymore but I have to pay two month worth of bills for service I no longer have!??. Ridiculous. the people at the store told me I wanted service for free. That's insulting! I paid every month for my service and got nothing for free. I didn't even get the $50 dollar gift card they promised when I got the device and service. I would not go in and get this service unless you intend on keeping or find out when is the exact date you can cancel. This service isn't they say it is any way. Connectivity sucks.

All I can say is thank you from the bottom of my heart! Jacob was absolutely amazing. I had my phone stolen and had to get a replacement phone sent to me. I took it in to the store still very hurt that I had lost so much in my old phone. I'm sure I annoyed him constantly bringing up how hurt I was. I told him I needed the very best person in the store to help me, and he said "Well I can't promise I'll do my best"; he did the best, and he was just so compassionate about the loss I felt. Thank you a million times Jacob, your customer service and willingness to not only help but to go above and beyond truly deserves recognition. I'd give 10 stars if I could, promote this man already!!!
