I have had my accounts with this bank for a few years and I felt safe with them, until about a month ago, I went through the drive-thru and made a withdrawal, my mistake was not counting the money at that time but I counted it leaving the bank I realize that it is not complete, I returned immediately and spoke with a manager Laura Paniagua, she was very kind and told me that they are going to make a report so we can review the security cameras and that she will call me when they solve the problem. I don't know how long it will take. check a camera because I never call, she doesn't answer the phone, I already went to look for her but she didn't want to show her face. !!!PLEASE ALWAYS COUNT YOUR MONEY WELL IN YOURSELF DO NOT LEAVE WITHOUT FIRST COUNTING IT!!!!

There is only one teller working both inside and drive thru. There was a long line for the teller inside, not sure about drive thru.There was like 4 bankers in their office. Also, there is no public restroom. Teller was very polite and professional.

I closed my account with fist community many years ago for TDECU. They had a staff that made you feel like they cared about you and your best interest. That's not the case anymore. I recently had a issue and the branch did the bare minimum to help me and in fact made my issue worst. The ast Manager shouldn't be a manager she clearly just doesn't care. She listens to respond not find out how to help me. I went to branch in Sugar Land and met Tyre and he fixed my issue really fast by just listening to me he could tell something wasn't right. He resolved my issue right away and even introduced me to his manager Aisha and even though they didn't cause my issue or problem they made it all better. I was really planning on changing banks but Tyre and Aisha changed that! If you need any banking services or a loan Go see the Team at Sugarland office they will treat you with respect and help you. They made me feel like they cared about my experience and taking care of me.

Been using TDECU for years and this location is terrible.Be ready to wait 10-15 minutes to make a simple deposit.

I think this bank is having some issues. Correct me if I am wrong. When you go into the bank, it looks quiet and they have ONLY 2 STAFF working!!! One at the counter and another in one of the cubicle.The fine cashier lady is busy running up and down trying to ensure she is attending to everyone. How unfair, stressful and ineffective is that? I would presume that the bank will at least employ more people rather that put so much pressure on just 2 people.Despite charging a monthly maintenance fee for business accounts, they can't use that to employ more staffs or at least have a functional department that handles business account. I think it's time to find another credit union.Out of respect for the 2 hard working staff here, I would not post the pictures and video of them running around.Oh! I almost forgot that their ATM is a total mess please avoid it. ?

Waited 5 minutes after drive up windows should have opened, no word. So I parked and went inside still no body able to assist me after another 3 minutes. I had to leave so not to be late for work. It should not take you more than 10 minutes after opening to actually be ready for customers. This branch continues to disappoint, long waits in the drive through always and today they forget my cash back!! I used to love my credit union, not any longer.

Have never had a bad experience at this location, sometimes the lines are a little long but you get the same service that the person in front of you gets as well as the person behind you will get.

Should you open account here or voluntarily deal with this bank???Answer for you is NO. You should NOT.Unfortunately I have a loan through this bank and the service is TERRIBLE. 9/22/22 waited at the window for atleast 15/20 min without a word from anybody so I push the call button to be told "WE'RE REBOOTING OUR SYSTEM" That is NOT how you talk to people/customers of this establishment you all work for. You should communicate in a professional manner and have common courtesy skills on top of customer service skills.

The financial institution itself is great. However, this location needs training. I attempted to open an additional account (savings) and every employee in the place was doing nothing, I was told I had to make an appointment? I asked if I could do it over the phone, they said yes but I had to come in to activate the card? They told me they were closing, but the door said they closed at 5, it was only 3:50?

Terrible service terrible bank went in there wanting to open up an account proceed to tell the teller says they're busy and that they had an appointment for someone else at 3 so if I wanted to wait they could sign me up for a four o clock so I said yeah that's cool Wtv I went to eat came back around 3:55 for my appointment they told me please wait till it's your time which I was fine but I waited for about 45-50 mins I got tired of waiting because everyone else that came they immediately gave them attention but not me so I decided to get up and leave once I'm walking up to my car an employee comes running out the bank saying oh sir we can get you in just wait 2 mins I said no thanks y'all done wasted my time that I will never get back didn't even say sorry for the long wait nothing people here are rude and unprofessional don't bank here. Never even got a call from them either

Wow.....I was told that this was a good credit bank to help me boost up my credit, but after reading the reviews I'm not sure if I want to go here anymore. I was hoping for good reviews but all I see is one star reviews. If someone can tell me differently than I would like to hear.

Mr. B. Rivas did an excellent job in all-out customer service. Despite a busy day before they close, he was still able to give us time to explain and process the needed paperworks for our refinancing. His patience is exceptional. For those who thought this branch is really 2 stars, let me correct you. Mr. Rivas showed us how customer service should be. So I give 5-stars to him and the service at this branch.
