I can't speak highly enough of the Service Department. Andres was amazing and thorough throughout the entire process. No hassles, no run around, no waiting. If I could get the same service from my Ram dealership, I would have infinitely less stress.

Great service at Texan Hyundai from Jose S. Though this dealership is a little further away from me than another Hyundai one, the extra drive time is absolutely worth the service offered by Texan Hyundai's Advisor (Jose Sosa!). Highly recommend!

I continue bringing my vehicle here because the team at Texan Hyundai is professional, friendly and keeps me well informed throughout my service . It's def worth the extra 25 min drive (I live in Downtown Houston).
The waiting area and facilities are clean and comfortable. There's complimentary snacks, water and coffee. Aside from comfy arm chairs throughout, there's a high table with built in plugs to charge your laptop and devices.

Absolutely horrible experience. Dishonest dealership before visiting I confirmed if they had the Palisade 2025 in stock and the dealership confirmed when I was on my way 20 mins out. When I reached there the vehicle was sold and no where to be found. I was shown a CPO at an even higher price. I would strongly advice avoiding the dealership at all costs.
Salesmen I worked with were Hayden who explicitly confirmed vehicle was on the lot and his manager GUSTAVO VILLALON. When I asked if there is a higher leadership personnel on site Gustavo mentioned he was the highest one onsite

I’ve purchased a countless amount of cars and have never had such a terrible experience. The car on their website was listed to only have 10 miles. When I arrived the car had 2,000 miles. Then when bringing the numbers out, they added $6,500 worth of “accessories”. Alexandria was my sales person and even though her information on the vehicles was incorrect, she was extremely cordial and somewhat helpful. The manager came out, and he was extremely rude and disrespectful and attempted to pin the miscommunication on me. At the end when I said I didn’t want the car, but was taking the car info printout with me for reference, he ripped the paper from me and said I was not allowed to take it. Then asked me to get out of his dealership. DO NOT GO to this dealership. You’ll end up leaving disappointed or frustrated.

Very shady dealership. Paid over the internet listed price on a 2020 Ford Escape. Car had no spare tire, no jack, no spare key. On way home from dealership, the TPMS light comes on. All 4 tires had factory recommended air pressure. The display indicated that the TPMS system wasn’t functioning. Called dealership to see if their service department could flash reset the system to get it working. To no avail, they refused to do so. Now I need to pay to get this done, in addition to having to purchase a spare key, spare tire and jack. Love the vehicle, not the service. Do not recommend this dealership one bit.

We recently purchased a new Palisade from Texan. The first vehicle we’d been shown (the one I’d been given an Out the Door price on) had scratches in the paint so a different vehicle was located on the lot for us. This second vehicle had an issue with the vent flaps in the front bumper. Our sales person seemed confident they could address that issue so we went off to Finance to do the paperwork. AFTER we were done with Finance, she told us they weren’t able to fix the problem. by this time it was 11pm so we ended up driving home with the car knowing we’d have to take it to our local dealer for service which we did. The service department at our local Hyundai dealer found the root cause of the issue and also found water damage and felt the vehicle was unsafe to drive so we were given a rental. since this is a new model of the Palisade, parts were still not readily available. In the end, it took around 2 weeks for the parts to come in and us to get our car finally. In my opinion, even though the problem with the car was fixable under the warranty, this issue should have been found and fixed before the car was ever offered for sale. We were very frustrated with the experience and were concerned that we’d bought a new car that was per our local dealer, unsafe to drive.

Service at Texan Hyundai is top notch. William took time to explain the different fluids and what their purpose is. He recommended flushing them due to the mileage on the vehicle. The vehicle was ready several hours before the quoted pick up time and the amount charged came in under the quoted amount. The vehicle rides like it’s brand new.
