Associates were professional and welcoming as well as considerate (offered waiting customers cold bottled water). The wait was somewhat long- at one point 3 cars each per two bays and 1 in a third bay. Once third bay became empty no other customers were directed there, as several employees could be observed in the bay “busy.”

This place is good, if it’s a slow time of day. Had to wait 45 minutes for an oil change. Then as I was finally next in line, they made me move my car to the back of the line so someone with a quicker service could cut in line

I set an appointment and got to it about 4 minutes early. All bays were full, and someone had just pulled into the last one as I was pulling up. I checked in and immediately got pushed to the front of the line (switched someone out of the bay so I could go first). I was not expecting that and they were so fast!
Great customer service! You have a new future permanent customer, thank you!

The employees there are very friendly and knowledgeable when it came to servicing my vehicle. The facility also seems clean. I've been at the Rosenberg facility for a while. I'm very happy and will continue to go back for future oil changes.

David did a great job on my oil change. It was performed quickly and without fault. He answered any questions I had professionally, and he provided visual proof of the oil level after the change. The oil drain plug was tightened correctly as well. All these details put me at ease since I normally do my own work. I plan on coming back.
