We just went today October 30th 2025 best customer service from Jennifer she helped us out a lot she made us feel comfortable. She went above and beyond and showed us the storage unit that we needed just for a bed and table and she recommended a 5x10. Very clean setting good on the rules. She evens gives complaints lol by calling me pretty Jennifer is the best sales women top notch give this lady a raise!!!!!

First time renting a unit here and I couldn’t have made a better choice, the moment I stepped into the office I immediately felt immense hospitality, the property manager Jennifer was outstanding, she welcomed us with a smile and such an amazing attitude towards me and my 1year old. She answered my questions, area was tidy and clean, overall an amazing experience and easy/fast sign up, 100/10 recommend!!

I rented a locker at this facility today and had a great experience. Jennifer, the property manager, could not have been more helpful or kind. She answered our questions and was delightful. The facility was well lit, clean, and climate controlled. I had no problems finding the unit I rented online and would highly recommend them to others.

I wish there were more people like you at other establishments. I went through 4 different storages that would work best for me and iStorage definitely hit the nail on the head. As a auction buyer, it's rare that I need storage space to rent, but if I lived in Rosenberg, Jennifer definitely would be who I'd come to see. There were a few people in the office and she managed to make us all feel present and appreciated. Customer service still means something! Keep it up.¹
