“My 23-year-old daughter took my car out for a joy-ride in the middle of the night and wrecked my car. Big Rod’s Towing picked it up. The next days I was pissed, but Big Rod helped me out. He gave me reasonable rates and helped me find a body shop. Incredibly a nice, helpful guy. When you’re in a bind, understanding and nice people make a differences. So, 10/10 for me.”

“This is a long time coming since I have been a customer since the early days when Mario's was just opened.
With that said I can vouch for honest repair prices and helpful suggestions in the repairs I needed but one thing stands out there, they can match paint and do a fine overall job still to this day and stand behind their work.
With one exception as their customer I ended up at the Dealer in town, that review is posted and taught me a lesson about "Dealer" standards and "Quality of work".. Never again is all I can say about "The Dealer" being the last stop in repairs and body work without a doubt.
I don't know what I will do when they [A Mom and Pop" operation from day one] decide to retire and once again I am out there on my own seeking a Body shop up to the standards they maintain and have maintained for decades...”
