Bought a gun safe last week. No complaints on the product and transaction. But the delivery needs to improve bigtime. For $175, the service should ALSO cover bringing the safe into a home instead of just dropping it off at curbside. And I don't even mind paying a bit more for an absolute peace of mind. My advice for gun safe purchases? Get your own movers and have it picked up and delivered (and placed) exactly where you want it.

Usually has a good selection and stock. However, it is difficult at times to get assistance with getting help with big items/ putting in truck or car. When they have clearance nursery items they have some good deals as well.

This is a great store, not to long ago I remember when it was built. They moved from a previous location. Since it’s new you would think they would have a pet wash station, unfortunately it does not have one. Maybe a request can get he ball rolling?? I believe this would be a great decision to install. There’s been tremendous growth in the city and more home owners and with that comes pet owners!! If there’s one and only one draw back from its location is that, there’s only one entrance and exit. The staff is nice and friendly. Each time I leave out I always have a smile on my face thinking about the conversation I just had with the person who checked me out.

Two times I've placed online orders and paid the $19.99 for same day shipping and both times my orders were canceled. Maybe update your online system to represent ACTUAL on hand inventory so people aren't paying for items that you don't have to sell?? Just a thought.

I dont know who the hell the manager/owner was working yesterday, but I already filed a corporate complaint with details. Whether or not they believe or care what I had say likely wont change a damn thing. From reading all the 1 star reviews here, I'm not surprised how they treat their customers.

The store manger Kenny was very disrespectful and would yell at customers rudely completely unprovoked before he became manager it was an amazing establishment but he has made me and my family uncomfortable when going. He should NOT be store manager.

Curbside pickup was a mess. I texted the number for Pickup, no one showed up. Went inside and they gave me my order inside the store. I had to carry two 40lb bags to my car. I guess curbside pickup means something else at this location. Very disappointed
