I dont know who the hell the manager/owner was working yesterday, but I already filed a corporate complaint with details. Whether or not they believe or care what I had say likely wont change a damn thing. From reading all the 1 star reviews here, I'm not surprised how they treat their customers.

Curbside pickup was a mess. I texted the number for Pickup, no one showed up. Went inside and they gave me my order inside the store. I had to carry two 40lb bags to my car. I guess curbside pickup means something else at this location. Very disappointed

Thank you Kelly for the prompt answering of my phone call, retrieving both items I needed and placing them at the register for me to purchase. I live 45 minutes away and I attempted to purchase online but it was unable to process. This is the second time I have been to this store and I appreciate the employees who work there.

Tried to buy a propane tank and have it filled but apparently only one employee at this place can do it and he was not there. This was a Friday at noon and I drove 10 miles one way on my lunch break from work just to be told sorry. Nobody available until after 2:00 pm Saturday.

The customer service at this store is very important. I really appreciate that. I also felt very welcomed here even if I felt out of place. Rose helped me with a return and treated me very kindly.

These guys are class. All store associates are friendly & helpful. I've been multiple times in recent weeks, over $5k spent. Kelly in particular was very helpful, and the lady in the garden center. Always a good experience, always very helpful. Would rather shop here than other local stores, feels like they are connected with the community and remember or get to know customers.

I love TSC, and go there frequently for our feed. But, today, we had to deal with an employee named Scott. I see from other reviews, we weren't the only one with an issue. Why isn't his behavior addressed? The manager stopped by on her way out and literally told him in front of other employees and customers up there to be nice and have happy thoughts. This should be a serious red flag. I won't return to the Rosenberg store until this employees behavior is addressed. I could maybe see if he was having a bad day, but the negative reviews on him go back at least a year! This is the second time we've had to deal with him, and the last time was just as bad. He not only treats customers horribly, but his coworkers too, and does it in front of anybody around him.

I called around lunch time and asked if they had a 60" Bad Boy Maverick in stock. The man on the phone checked and verified that they did have 2 of them. I told him that if they could get it assembled for me today, that I would swing by a pick it up before closing. He asked for my number and said that he would call me around 4:30pm. At 4:30pm, he called and said that it was assembled and ready for me. I told him to give me 30 minutes and I would be there. This man was true to his word as well as I was. I am glad that there are still people out there that care about the customers needs. I am very impressed and satisfied with the service that I received as well as the product that I purchased. Thank you, Thank you, Thank you!

Worst store ever. Maybe not the worst, definitely not great they never have dog food I need and it’s their house brand you would think would at least have their own brand in stock. Never a good experience.

My wife and I stopped in to look at the Behlen 14’ farm gates. I had some questions about their return policies ( in case the gate just did not work in the space that I had for it ). I asked a male employee if I could talk to a manager. He asked me what about. I replied that I wanted to discuss that store’s policies. Policies about what, he asked me. Policies regarding your products, I replied. What product, he said. Well, I was looking at your farm gates, I said. What about them, he replied.Return policies and delivery from the store, I said. 30 day returns, he said. And started to walk away. Wait a minute, I called out. What about your delivery policies. We use roadster, he said and someone would have to look it up. We started to walk, where I do not know, but on the way, someone asked him about chainsaws, and, at that point, I was totally abandoned and ignored while he showed another customer where to look for the price on a chain saw. I stood there and waited and when he finished with the customer on the chain saw price, he walked away from me.So, I wandered over to the semi-circular service desk where there was a clerk behind the desk having a somewhat elevated discussion with another customer. The only part of that conversation I could hear was the employee saying to the customer WELL, WE ARE JUST NOT GOING TO DO THAT ! At that point, I just gave up and went to find my wife. I told my wife that I did not think this was the store for us. When we got back in the car and started home, I told my wife of my experience. My wife told me that she overheard a customer ask to see the manager and an employee said to him you want to see the manager ? Yes, the customer said, I want to see the manager. We do not know if that customer got to see the manager. I never did. We joked on the way home that maybe the manager was in the witness protection program and we both had a good laugh at that joke. But as we drove back towards home both of us agreed that this is not the store for us.
