My water pump went out so I came here to get it fixed. Less than a week later my a/c goes out. I bring my car back, they tell me that a pulley just mysteriously fell off and that cause my a/c to go out. So now they have to take out the entire compressor and let me know if it can be fixed otherwise I would need a new compressor. I’ve had this care 3 years, I fix what’s wrong quickly and I’ve never had an a/c issue. Toyotas and Hondas rarely have a/c issues. DON’T TRUST THEM!

I have never had anything but good service from Terry and have been going to him for at least 15 years and two Toyotas. I like driving my cars for as many miles as I can get and T’s Automotive has made that possible. Always a more than fair price and always done in a timely manner. I’m a fairly old guy and have dealt with many repair shops in my life. I’ve never had a better experience than dealing with T’s Automotive.

don’t let him fool you here is the undepth report. Because i’m a super busy guy i trusted Terry and his staff to fix my car and after 4 times of towing it there and having them work on it it still was never fixed. As the questions arrived and him assuring me it was fixed but just bs came out of his direct mouth. so i being a former are mechanic n finding the time to look at it for one day i solved the puzzle but again i trusted this ripoff guy. Terry you will be sued i will promise you this and the guys you sent my vehicle to to help you. This dude is a pure scam and you associates are too. i will be filing the the papers soon with one of the best lawyers in Katy Tx to make sure you get what you deserve. Your day will be here soon. and you might think twice before you drop anything here including a duece.

Mr. Terry replaced my exhaust manifolds on my 1995 Chevy C2500. In the process, he also removed a broken exhaust manifold bolt from the head closest to the firewall to complete the process! Among other small noticeable things he fixed also! Very pleased with the work on my vehicle! I received my vehicle back in a timely fashion, which is very important to me! It is running so much better and efficiently!

Terri has been nothing short of magnificent to work with on some very challenging repairs. I even have him work on my classic sports cars.

I took my 2003 toyota highlander here this morning and Terry repaired it within a few hours and had found the problem immediately where my check engine light was finally off and car runs fantastic again. He was so helpful and customer service was amazing. Prices are fantastic and so happy to have found our new mechanic. This place goes the extra mile to deliver great service. Very knowledgeable with motors. Will be using this place for all our vehicles.

I took my vehicle there twice and the wires and spark plugs were changed. I spent over $400 for that. My truck had a slight vibration afterwards. Three days later it had multiple mis- fires. My truck was not running like that before taking it in. Took it to another shop only to find that two of the plugs were cracked. But this place said they had checked and there was no issue with my plugs or coils. I also was told that they had no clue what the issue was but if I gave them $1000 they would work to find out what the cause was. I don't know if it's because I'm black or if they are incompetent. Either way I won't ever allow to fix ANYTHING of mine. Not even a bicycle.

Every time I picked my car up from T’s Quality Automotive, it broke down just down the street. They couldn’t even figure out what was wrong — turned out to be something simple like the battery and crankshaft sensor, which I figured out myself after wasting time and money with them.
And I wasn’t just dealing with some random employee — I was dealing with the owner, Terry, the whole time. So there’s no excuse.
What really pushed it over the edge? They jacked the price up $140 without even telling me. No approval, no explanation — just added it to the bill like it was nothing. Super shady.
Worse, I had to call every single day for updates. No communication, no sense of urgency. The shop is so packed it looks more like a junkyard than a business — and now I understand why. Nothing but unorganized chaos.
Unprofessional, overpriced, and no accountability — even from the owner. I wouldn’t trust them with an oil change, let alone a real repair.

Terry and his crew are honest, outstanding, fast, and dependable. His prices are always the best. We have been coming to him for 18 years with all of our cars, and he has always provided us with great quality work!

I’m going to give these guys a 3 star. Because even though they are good and affordable. One of the mechanics purposes sabotage a part on my vehicle. So that I can keep coming back.
