Do not use this place for uhaul. I had a reservation and checked in and everything. Got there and they didn’t have the truck I reserved. They asked me to hitch a ride with a random customer to get to another uhaul. Save yourself a headache and go somewhere else.

Called to inquire about renting a dolly and the lady was extremely confused and seemed to not know about her job. At first asked what size I needed and then kept asking me if I had an online reservation. I didn't, which is why I was calling to see if I could get one. I told her I was about 15 minutes away and would need one today. She asked if I could come another day and I said no? I need it today? She said “well my supervisor is not here so I can't give you one†then why not tell me from the beginning?
