Nikki hands down the best when it comes to doing hair. She’s been doing my hair since 2022 at least and followed her to Ulta here in Rosenberg. Shes magic with cuts and colors. She gives you such a personalized experience with how sweet and just wonderful she is! This is two different times recently she’s did my hair from going dark and going back lighter for the summer. I promise you won’t regret using her!

I wish there was a way on google to rate each employee that did my service. As much as I want to leave 5 stars because Nikki did an amazing job on my hair and makeup, Kaitlyn who you my eyebrows DID NOT do a good job and I rate her service 0 stars! Kaitlyn took off a chunk of my eyebrows when she did my wax and did not even apologize at all. It was my wedding day and we were on a time crunch she took her time with phone calls and had me waiting on her, then when I saw my eyebrows I confronted her and she said she didn’t even wax in that area like if I was the one making it up. I had no products on my face ma’am and now my eyebrow is missing.. I didn’t get a sorry from her, she just walked off and left me to Nikki said she can draw my eyebrows in. I was in tears! Nikki had to calm me down and on my wedding day. Do not get your eyebrows done by Kaitlyn! Yes Nikki fixed it but makeup comes off at the end of the day and now I have to draw in my eyebrows everyday until it grows back. Thank you Nikki for the amazing job on me, being patience with me as I cried and probably made it harder for you to do my makeup.

2 visits within a 2 week span and both times the employees at the register were incredibly dismissive. I returned the product to the shelf and left the store after the experience during my second visit.
I will save the full details for my guest services conversation as I see that is the repeat response provided on by the owner on the Google Reviews.
Potential customers, this review is for you: University isn't that far and if customer service matters for you, you're better off visiting that location.

I’ve been a regular at this location, but after my most recent visit, I won’t be returning. I came in specifically looking for the Shark CryoGlow mask, which the Ulta website showed as in stock at this store.
After spending about 10 minutes searching on my own with no luck, I approached the first associate I saw—a middle-aged white woman with a short, spiky haircut. I greeted her politely with “Excuse me” and “Hi,” but was met with a dry, dismissive stare. Her body language and demeanor made it clear that she had no interest in helping me.
Put off by her attitude, I said, “You know what, never mind,” and turned to walk away. Only then did she respond—loudly—with, “No, no, what do you need?!” What I need is simple: not to spend $400 in a store where basic customer service feels like an inconvenience.
As I walked out, I noticed her pointing at me while speaking to a Black associate. Maybe she thought involving another Black woman would smooth things over. It didn’t. Neither of them made any attempt to engage or assist me further.
I ended up going to the University location, where I was warmly greeted and quickly helped with my purchase.
Based on the number of complaints I’ve now seen about the Brazos location’s staff, it’s clear this isn’t an isolated issue. I strongly suggest Ulta review their training and customer service standards at this store.

On May 30,2025, around 6:30 pm I got a pedicure.
The young lady refused to follow my instructions, and when I talk to an assistant, they did not acknowledge my concern. I told the gentleman at the cash. Registered that I was not satisfied, and he ignored me. I can still feel the toe nail rubbing against my big toe. It is an extremely frustrating situation to be subjected to. I will not go back.

Store has so much inventory! Unless you know the brand you’re shopping for specifically I don’t know how you’ll know what to buy! Not enough help around to assist you in your choices. The store is organized, I’ll admit. The cashier was very friendly. Plenty of free parking at this location.

I had an amazing experience at Ulta Beauty! From the moment I walked in until I left, the customer service was outstanding. Lexy was simply fantastic; she knew exactly which products would be best for me and provided excellent service. She was so sweet and incredibly helpful.
Sonya helped me find the perfect match for my foundation. She took her time with me, and I truly appreciate her assistance and recommendations for the best MAC foundation. I can't wait to use it this week; I'm super excited!
Traci was very friendly and provided great customer service at checkout. She even informed me about the Ulta rewards program and the credit card options, which I decided to sign up for.

I went for this sunscreen. I bought one that expires on 9/25 at the University, but I stopped by Rosenberg to see if they had one that lasted longer and I found one that was expired. It's just a warning to rotate products and get rid of the expired items.
