This old Indian lady at the front desk was extremely rude. She wanted to charge $1 for a small strip of tape for the Amazon plastic envelope! When I asked if she could simply tape it, she started ignoring me and called the next customer! Extremely poor customer service!
Other locations have been very helpful, even printing labels to customers without a charge! I have never seen such poor quality of service elsewhere! Poor strategy to earn money!
