Got dipping powder and a pedicure. The pedicure was fine but the tech that did my nails was so careless, made me bleed on 2 fingers and created a hot spot on every nail bed. I was on the hunt for a new nail place as I hadn’t had mine done since moving to this area… definitely will not go back.Services: Pedicure

I walked in and asked if they have 4 people to do our nails. We sat down to start the pedicure and then they said now we only have 2 people.

The pedicure tech rushed and did a horrible job. Toes were not filed evenly or straight. Polish smeared even though it was allowed to dry for one hour. I will have to go back tomorrow for a full re-do.Service: Pedicure

Zero Stars, unfortunately is not an option. It was the first time and will be the last. They up charge for certain nail polish brands. It's was an OPI. Not Gel, Not Shellac. Regular OPI polish. I don't recommend VSTAR. There are many places out there that have great service, happy employees willing to go above and beyond. This is not that type of place. Beware! Or Go elsewhere. Good Luck. 8/31/2022

After my first visit I am still pleased with the product and services provided, 2 weeks later! My visit didn't start out well but a changed attitude on my part allowed my pedicure and manicure appliers to introduce themselves and one provided translations between me and Ty! I look forward to coming back! They're professionalism confirms I am worth the reasonable cost.

DON’T GO HERE ! ! !First time here. It will definitely be my last. Got there at 430pm.CONS:- The lady and gentleman at the front desk were not friendly and rude. I requested the express pedicure, $27 for 20min.- Tacky atmosphere- Strong smell- They charge you an extra $5 for certain polishes that are standard at other nail spas.- There was a baby roach on the floor as I was getting ready to sit down.- I was not offered any type of beverage or water.- Took over 1hr. I could tell something was off with my nail tech, turns out she was new.- I was cut into my nail beds a few times- They DO NOT put lotion or any moisturizer on your feet for the basic service. They said that’s $5 extra. I told them “you send people out here ashy and dry? Give me the lotion I’ll put it on myself. It doesn’t have to be a massage, I just don’t want to look tacky.”- When she was done, I looked at my feet and was distraught that she would think it was okay to send a customer out looking like that. I didn’t say anything, I just took a picture. When another nail tech saw me, she ran over and said “no! Let me fix it!”. I told her to wait and let me take my picture, then you may.- Upon leaving, the front register people told me I must sign up again even after I paid. That was just d*** to even ask that.- There was no reasonable solution to rectify the HORRIBLE service I received.PROS:- If you sign up on their website they will give you 10% off for being a first time client. I did that.- The water was PERFECT temp.- Unaware to me, the employees knew that my nail tech was new, so another nail tech came and took all the polish off and repainted while the original nail tech watched.CONCLUSION:This place is a NEVER AGAIN go for me. I recommend Executive Nails & Spa. Their prices are the same but you really get an experience there. Beautiful and clean atmosphere and their price for a full service pedicure (with lotion) is $32. Posh Nails is also good. But NOT HERE.

yesterday I went to get a pedicure and my nails, I asked for a design, she told me it was $65 per design and I said no, it would be better just some stamps or stickers, she told me it would be $45 I told her that's fine, I paid with a $100 dollar bill, they charged me $90 dollars and today they called me on my cell phone to tell me that I owe $30 dollars for some nails they didn't do a good job, and they hurt my nail by making me bleed from my finger, I told her that It hurt and the lady ignored me. The service was also on my natural nails. I would never come back here because they used the same utensils on all the customers. Yesterday I didn't complain or mention that the price was not right, but since they called me today and asked me for more money I decided to write this complaint.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I have been coming here since this place opened and have always been a happy customer. I'm never one to complain or ask for something to be fixed as I don't like to make waves but I have had it. For the past 2 times a girl named Annie has done my nails. The last time she didn't cut them, did the refill poorly, and when applying the last clear shellac coat made a huge clump on my thumb nail. As this was Mother's Day I choose not to say anything and chalked it up to them being busy on a holiday. On Saturday I went back and I had Annie again. I decided to give her another chance. Nope, that was a bad idea. I don't know even know where to start. My nails are different lengths - my pointer very long but middle very short and they don't even match their counter parts. The refill wasn't done down to the bottom so there's a gap. They are painted on the sides. I asked for coffin and got square - like chunky square. Two nails are totally going to the side. I said something when I left and asked that I never be assigned to Annie again. The lady at the front desk understood and gave me an extra couple dollars off, which was nice and not something I asked for or expected. When I got home and looked at my nails I just kept seeing more and more things wrong. I called back and asked if I could have them fixed because I was very unhappy. The lady said yes and told me to come back at 10 Monday (today). So I did. Not only was Annie the one assigned to fix my nails, she barely did anything helpful, she just made them worse. She used the drill to file them so now the ends of my nails are rough and ugly. The shape wasn't fixed, the refill wasn't fixed, and when I told her that two nails were crooked she said it was because my finger is crooked! Well that's funny because before Annie I had never once had this complaint. And that was it. I was dismissed with nails that look worse, not better. I am now trying to find a new nail place. Probably Bella Nails in greatwood. I will never come back here.

First let me say customer service when you first enter is poor, second I’ve been turned around with my daughters twice , because they are too busy and rude manager as alway because I’ve been here prior in the past and seen how she needs training on customer service with clients and employees. Anyhow she has the nerve to tell me “ we busy go find another place”. I will not give these Tami’s, karen’s and Tonya’s my money no more. I regret coming here the times I did because there was alway something with them wether my nails were ugly or customer service issues. People do not come here, instead try “Sweet escape” in Sugar Land worth the 15 min drive. Don’t waste your money on this place!!!!!

A majority of the techs always do an excellent job, there are rare occurrences that they don't. I come here regularly so it's the standard I go by if I try other places (just for fun) and other places rarely meet the same standard I get from here.Services: Nail art

The nail tech did a horrible job. I told the front clerk and she tried fixing my nails at the front counter. I told her my nails were still messy. She tells me I can clean them when I get home with acetone. I came here to be provided with a service that I paid for not to have to go home and still fix them.Services: Pedicure

Came here twice. Both time were pleasant. Chellac (Steaven) first time and ombre dip the second time (Mimi). Chellate lasted me 10days. Still not sure how long my dip set will last. French tip toe chellac was $45 plus tip. No message, nothing. The wait for 15 minute on a th ursday because i have no appointment. The facility is large and clean. Nothing luxurious or fancy, except for the price. The technicians were all polite enough. Not a perfect 5 stars becausw the front receptionists ( the man and woman) were a bit standoffish...did not answer your questions but dance around. Also, they dont enforce masks but who does nowsdays...
