I was not satisfied with the representative that assisted me. Prices were too expensive for internet services. PLEASE GO SOMEWHERE ELSE for internet or phone services PLEASE!!!!!!

I went in today and was being helped by a very nice man. I needed to file insurance and get a replacement phone. He got me set up, I was trying to call them, he walked away and said he’d check in on me after a bit. His coworker took it upon himself to take my phone from me, schedule a screen replacement without my consent, and when I told him I didn’t want to do that because last time it messed my phone up worse he was very rude and told me I didn’t have an option. I very much did have an option and when I tried asking about upgrading my phone he refused. I wish I had gotten his name but I was so upset I just left. I will be switching to AT&T after this, it was unacceptable.

They need to open earlier. People are running businesses with their phones, and when a phone dies we need a replacement at 7am, shouldnt have to wait till 10.

Absolutely terrible customer service from the representative Pedro. FIRST visit on 5/16, I went in because my phone has stopped connecting to any 4 or 5 G networks asking for it to be checked out. He couldn't be bothered to look up from his tablet to even address me except interrupting my explanation asking for my phone number and ID. He then just said he scheduled a repair time 3 days from then, with zero explanation of what would be taking place or what was wrong. May 21, I take it to be repaired today and the Asurion representative shows the claim was filed under "broken charging port" so they couldn't do anything to help and told me to go back to Verizon. I speak to Pedro again and he gets an attitude "they're tripping, I put it in the notes right here", which he didn't put it as the claim issue so there's the problem. I point that out and he snaps "I put it in again, go back to them and see if they'll fix it now". I return to the Asurion repair business and they said he put in the exact same thing and still could not do anything. I return for a THIRD time to Verizon and am told "You just need to call customer service" by Pedro. I asked to speak to a manager and he only says "They're just going to say the same thing to you, so that won't help." I am now without a functioning phone for going on a week because of these issues. EXTREMELY disappointed in this customer service, and would not recommend.

Sales people shouldn’t be able to contact customers at anytime about adding services via text message without the customer contacting them about the service first.
Plus y’all can’t offer the same deals as Verizon can.
We will be sticking with AT&T at our new home for internet.

Excellent staff! Special shoutout to Mario, Travis, and Ms. Samantha! 1.5 hours after the store closed, they still had a very positive attitude assisting every single one of us in line. They will probably won’t leave until after 10pm tonight. Every single one of them is a great advocate for their local customers when dealing with the Verizon central customer service. Thank you guys, we appreciate your hard work for us! Definitely making this store our go to store for all of our network needs.

The worst customer service ever! If I could, I would give 0 star to this location! They have no knowledge about services or neither phones. You are waiting for couple of hours then you get 0 answers and they make you to go back again and you have to deal with another crazy person or manager to resolve your problem! Don’t waste your time and go somewhere.

I just wanted to say thank you to Travis who helped me and my sister set up our phones he was super busy that day but made sure we were taken care of. All of the staff there were friendly and very patient especially the manager I wish I knew her name but she was amazing and nice. Thank you all so much!

Phone buy expierence was good and great. But my sales lady enrollled me in the Verizon care without my permission… causing my current bill being 174$ instead of 130 and when she asked me if I wanted the coverage I declined it because I use AppleCare. Verizon will not remove it from my current bill. So now I’m am not happy with the service provided and would like it corrected so my bill is correct to pay it.

Wanted to set up my new Samsung galaxy s23 ultra and I had asked the representative for some help. I had started the transfer of data at home, but I ran into a problem. The representative said he would help me at a charge!! After spending $$$$ on the new phone and being with Verizon for over 20 years, it's time to find a carrier that values their customers!! If I stay, I will never go back to this store. I recommend if you are looking to go to a Verizon store in person you find another one, this store is really not worth how rude their representatives are!!!
