The worst customer service ever! If I could, I would give 0 star to this location! They have no knowledge about services or neither phones. You are waiting for couple of hours then you get 0 answers and they make you to go back again and you have to deal with another crazy person or manager to resolve your problem! Don’t waste your time and go somewhere.

I just wanted to say thank you to Travis who helped me and my sister set up our phones he was super busy that day but made sure we were taken care of. All of the staff there were friendly and very patient especially the manager I wish I knew her name but she was amazing and nice. Thank you all so much!

Phone buy expierence was good and great. But my sales lady enrollled me in the Verizon care without my permission… causing my current bill being 174$ instead of 130 and when she asked me if I wanted the coverage I declined it because I use AppleCare. Verizon will not remove it from my current bill. So now I’m am not happy with the service provided and would like it corrected so my bill is correct to pay it.

Wanted to set up my new Samsung galaxy s23 ultra and I had asked the representative for some help. I had started the transfer of data at home, but I ran into a problem. The representative said he would help me at a charge!! After spending $$$$ on the new phone and being with Verizon for over 20 years, it's time to find a carrier that values their customers!! If I stay, I will never go back to this store. I recommend if you are looking to go to a Verizon store in person you find another one, this store is really not worth how rude their representatives are!!!

Wanted to set up my new Samsung galaxy s23 ultra and I had to ask the sales rep to put the phone on the box, you know so the camera lenses wouldn't get scratched. I didn't have a case on it and he was just sliding it around on the table. Then he got passive aggressive that I wanted to do some research on phone cases and might buy one from somewhere else. Meh experience

Went to this location to start a new plan, and when I asked if there was any plans other than what the employee offered I was told there were no others. After showing the employee another plan on the Verizon site suddenly they were willing to talk about other plans. I was specific with what I wanted and the employee continues to quote me different phone plans, keeps adding insurance and protection plans without mentioning them whatsoever, and when I say I wouldn't like a protection plan she asked why don't I just pay for the phones cash today if I can afford to skip the protection plan. Very poor customer service, so I went home and spoke with a Verizon customer rep over the phone and signed up for the exact plan I wanted, no trouble. The next day I go to the same Rosenberg location to pick up my 2 new phones that paid for and reserved, and suddenly there is an "issue" with my order and I need to cancel and refund my entire charge and redo the entire contract with them at the physical location? And when I said if I have to cancel my order I'm not signing up with this location at all, suddenly I no longer needed to cancel my order. However I was forced to wait 2 hours to get my new phones (keep in mind these have already been paid for and reserved for me) and I was in general treated as just an inconvenience for them. I know typically these jobs are commission based but that is no reason to try to scam a customer into refunding their phone plan and putting an extra $200+ hold charge on their bank account just so you can get your commission. And whether you're making commission on me or not I'm a paying customer and shouldn't be treated so poorly. Verizon did nothing wrong, but this location just can't understand common decency.

I believe Verizon is a business I need to place my monies into for cellular usage.The plan I am attached to with T-mobile is almost double what I was quoted at Verizon.If your experiencing problems like I am with T-mobile rest assured they are not planning on resolving the issues in the Rosenberg area .I spoke with a representative (technical support on 2/4/23) and he explained for the past 3 years I've been experiencing problems that T-mobile has been aware of the poor service issues and that T-mobile has no intention of fixing this problem.I am not allowed to be late with payment or they will cut off my service, but expect full payment on premium service not delivered nor are they will to fulfill their promises of being affordable and excellent cellular service.Dirty pool T-mobile, Dirty pool.In conclusion I will be signing with Verizon as soon as I can cut ties with T-mobile.No thank you, T.

Worst store ever, you go in and every one is just nicely tries to push you off. Ordered the phones through them and now they aren’t willing to assist with porting in numbers. They even lied about the $200 gift card

I was waiting for 40 minutes ! Two people were working the front ! About 30 minutes in another lady walked in behind me! One of the representatives told her they would grab a worker from the back to help her.I was extremely upset that they had two other people in the back and knew I was waiting that long and then helped some one that walked in after me! I left !!! The Rosenberg location needs do better !

Got a JetPack MiFi and Tristan helped us. Only issue we had is that he didn't set it up for us. We had to call Verizon customer support and that took a while just get get a live person on the phone just to activate the JetPack. So make sure they set your device up before you leave the store. It will make it allot easier to set up when you get home.
