Doctor is good and comparatively the prices are also good. But the staff and time management is very poor, they cannot manage the large number of pets on an off day. Not sure if they were understaffed or poor management. While I was there two people left cause they were not attended to and when my turn came they said the doctor went on lunch cause I was late.

Best VETCO in Houston and its surrounding areas. I have been to a lot of different vets throughout the years and this location has been far been the BEST in every way by their amazing customer service!
Giving great knowledge and treating the pets with care. The Rosenberg staff is TOP NOTCH and you can tell they really care the pets and the techs always give my dog lots of pets every visit.
Taking your pet to the vet is not always the easiest thing, but the team here knows how to make you feel at ease and will answer all of your questions. I drive 35 min to this location! That should say it all right there! I only want the best for my fur baby and team here is the best!

I'm not a regular at this location my location referred me over due to the holidays. I was met by Mike the manager when I say he went over and above for me and my pet I feel thats not enough recognition. I can't say enough good things about Mike and his staff I highly recommend this facility and the doctor was amazing as well ❤️

From the time we walked in the door everyone was extremely helpful. I was happy with the care that my Chihuahua Chica Tomasita received. One a scale of 1-10 it's a 20.Excellent quality care amazing customer service.

1st time visit. Dog's problem was fixed but your Call Center dropped the ball and cost me 75 extra dollars! They sent me no email prior to the visit (which would have contained something to not let me be charged for a 1st time office visit). The Vet care was good but I probably won't be back and will warn others of this costly discrepancy.

I scheduled an appointment at this location because my dog was sick. When I arrived, they put us in an exam room, and someone came in and took my dog for an examination without me. I was told to wait in the waiting area until the doctor finished examining my dog. After about five minutes, they informed me that my dog had bitten the doctor, who then left. I was shocked, as I’ve never seen my dog display any aggressive behavior before. She’s a purebred Golden Retriever, a breed not known for aggression.
Afterward, they told me that the doctor examined my dog and that there was a $75 exam fee. I agreed to the fee, but I asked to speak with the doctor since my dog was sick and I needed to discuss her condition. They told me the doctor had left after being bitten by my dog and that no other doctors were available. While waiting in the lobby, I noticed that they continued to accept other dogs for checkups.
I’m still unsure why I was charged for an exam when I never saw the doctor. It doesn’t seem fair to pay an exam fee without actually speaking to the doctor.
I understand that Petco has a 100 percent satisfaction guarantee, but I’m unhappy with this charge and will need to find another vet.

I took my dog to Petco to get bathed and groomed, but they wouldn't take him because he has a small area on him leg that he has been itching. So, I went into the Vet clinic to see if they could look at it and maybe give me something to clear it up. Initially, things were going well. I was in a hurry because I had a zoom meeting to get in to, so the Vet herself asked me if I wanted to leave my dog there and come back after my meeting. Since I was in a hurry, I thought this was so nice, so I said "sure." When I returned a couple of hrs later, I was informed that I would be charged $42 for leaving him there. No one told me this before I left and there would have been no reason for me to not bring him back home had I known this. The manager (Very young male) tried to make it my fault that I didn't know saying that I left before someone could tell me. I left when the Vet herself took my dog to the back and she didn't tell me wait for anything. They wanted to make an extra $42 from me bottom line. Watch out for hidden fee's!

I checked this location out due to my dog having an ear infection. This location made this visit so quick and amazing. From the front desk attendant to James and Mike the technicians to Dr. Green. I have no complaints. My puppy didn’t have to be sedated this time around, they were able to work with him to get everything completed without any problems. I’ll definitely be making this location my preferred location.

James in the Rosenberg location is very helpful, cares about the animals and customers concern. I am a first time pet owner and he made me feel better about not knowing much . I am very happy with my service.

I drove 35 minutes to get to this clinic since I had a bad experience at the River Oaks clinic. My first visit was fine. That’s why I came back, even with the drive. I sat for over an hour and a half, even with a scheduled appointment, to be taken back to a room. Now I have been sitting for 45 minutes and haven’t see the vet. A tech did come in and get some information. I am so frustrated! I love my dog. She is sick. Otherwise, I would’ve already left.
