“I’ve been on a weight loss and healthier lifestyle journey for the past few months. I started at 275 lbs and I’m currently down to 258, so I’ve been paying a lot more attention to what I put into my body. I enjoy making my own smoothies and even making my own protein blends, so I’m pretty particular about supplements.
That said, I Am Supplements really impressed me. Like with any new product, I was a little skeptical at first, but the flavor was absolutely on point. I’m lactose intolerant, so I usually mix everything with coconut milk or almond milk, and it blended really well.
As far as the energy, it’s not that jittery Monster, Celsius, or Red Bull type of energy. It’s more of a clean, steady energized feeling, which I actually prefer.
Another thing I noticed is that you get more servings compared to a lot of the in-store brands, which is a big plus.
If you haven’t tried I Am Supplements yet, I definitely recommend giving them a chance!”
