Ngoc is the worst pharmacist ever! Rude and refusing to fill medication for my wife after she left the hospital because it was 8:50 and Ngoc wanted to go home. Filed a complaint with Texas State Board of Pharmacy - maybe they will do something. When I told her I would file a complaint she did not care. Maybe she thought I wouldn't. Lets see if she cares now!! She needs to change or Walgreens needs to get rid of her.

Usually I don't have any issues with this pharmacy until today. Came to pick a prescription that was told yesterday to come the next day after 2 pm. It's after 5 pm and my prescription was not ready. They had the medicine in stock just never completed my prescription. Communication is key. In this situation there was none.

Usually they are very rude in the pharmacy area, however today I got a technician named Kyle who was very patient and helpful with me. I hope they don’t change him.

Signed in for an appointment. Waited 20 min. No acknowledgment from anyone. Then someone “sees” us waiting and asks what are we waiting for. They come back and say “we do not have the vaccine. Please try somewhere else.” We would have waited even longer for nothing

HORRIBLE SERVICE! The pharmacist and one of the technicians were both horrible and had a whole bag of attitude. They processed my prescription incorrectly and gave me the wrong information. I sat there trying to call my insurance when it was the pharmacy that processed incorrectly. AND they act like it’s my fault that I didn’t tell them how to process…save yourselves and go to a different pharmacy please…

I would often come to take my kids after school to buy them a drink or a snack. The cashier would have a bad attitude toward us. When she checked us out she would stare at me with an angry face and annoyed attitude. I once asked about the price of a chapstick that was on sale on the counter top and she rolled her eyes at me. This is just very disrespectful.

Again it happened, very frustrating!
I called and spoke to the pharmacist about the medication, they have it gave me the price and said it would be ready in 30 minutes.
Talk to her at 12:30pm and I’m here it is 2:22pm and still not ready
I wish my husband insurance will change back to CVS.

Forth time this pharmacy has hung up on my call after 15+ mins of being on hold. Just switch your pharmacy to HEB like I did. They like to put people into withdrawal for fun I guess I don’t know.

Rude and incompetent pharmacy techs. It does not take a lot to acknowledge the patient. When I treat people with respect I would expect that back it’s common decency but I guess Walgreens just hires any one of the street nowadays. Honestly do better and have better customer service skills because y'all are clearly lacking in that department.

Did not check in my FedEx package. I had to open a case with FedEx. I called the Walgreens and they told me that they had the package all that time. Package was missing for 2 days.

This is the second time I've tried to give business to Walgreens pharmacy the first time was on Grand parkway in Sugarland where the pharmacist Manger deleted my prescription because he got mad because I hung up in his face so I tried again yesterday at a different location because I was in fair of going back to the original Walgreens so this time they wouldn't fill my medicine because I have no established history with them under the control substance law well if you never fill my medicine how do you get established both pharmacist was rude with attitude everybody that gets prescribed narcotics aren't addicts will NEVER give them my business again this is A SAD SITUATION
