Worse bank you could ever bank with.I've been banking with these people for 12 years with them stealing money from me.. They charge you for overdrafts that you didn't do.Because they choose to pick in what they want to come in and the order they come in. To make you overdraft. When you deposit money?They're ATMS steal your money?And don't wanna pay back the money. . I've been having so much trouble with this bank.I've just decided to close my account today.And stop with this nonsense.

I received a letter from WF about an uncashed Cashier check going to the comptroller if I didn’t take action.The letter said I could fill out the Affidavit, get it notarized and mail it or visit my local branch. I opted for visiting the branch. There was no book in the lobby to sign in so I asked an employee walking by with a tablet if I could ask her a quick question as I was unclear on who to talk to. Rudely , but With a smile, she told me I need to wait my turn that there are people ahead of me. She came and got with me a few minutes later and I showed her the letter. She told me to call the number on the letter because that’s all they would do. I leave. I get home and call the number. The lady on the phone was extremely nice and told me the only option is to fill out the affidavit; go get it notarized and mail the letter in. I could have got it notarized while I was at WF. What a waste of time. I gave them two stars instead of one because at least when the lady was talking down to me she was smiling . If a brick and mortar establishment doesn’t offer added value to its customers they will lose them to online banks.

Great service at this branch! The Tellers are very friendly and helpful. On the occasion I do have to wait I totally understand. Being in retail I know that some transactions take longer than the folks waiting in line would like, but that is the nature of dealing with customers. I have safety deposit boxes and have not experienced any significant wait time in accessing them. This particular branch is the most out of the way for my commute from work, but the Tellers make it worthwhile to frequent this specific branch.

Not to be confused with Wales Fargo, which is in Cardiff. We did the drive-thru because we needed a little cash, and one of our three major accounts is Wells Fargo. It was efficient, and there wasn't any major problem with it and we didn't have any issues, and while it wasn't overly friendly, it also wasn't anything bad by any means.

Worst Bank experience I had. The branch Manager is training someone. While I drove 25 miles. Called twice before coming in. Then when I got there the banker said the thing you came for it's not available. Left the branch called back again asked again yes we have plenty. Amazing customer service. One says we don't have it the other person says yes we do. Another customer came in to open an account. She told them that we only take customers with appointments. When I called Wells Fargo they said you can walk in and open one. I told the other customer to go to the other branch.

The branch is nice and my teller was very friendly, but when I tried to cash a bond I was told I needed an account which I can understand but no one ever asked if I wanted to open one lol would of been a new customer if so .

Was told by a bank representative and the branch manager that they do not accept multilated money. Given that the federal reserve website of almost every state mentions returning money to your local bank, i find that hard to believe. It gives lack of effort. Will be mailing my $100 bill to the federal reserve and hopefully receiving the full value back eventually. Thanks for the help!

Atm robbed me of 100 dollars. I called to ask for assistance but they require a social security number, which I don't have. They pretty much told me I'm out of luck you lost 100.

Very bad horrible service the lady was so rude and literally argued with me and embarrassed herself I actually feel bad for her throughout I had a very bad experience and it’s sad because I was such a loyal customer to them but not anymore I will be opening another account somewhere else but not Wells Fargo where they want to argue over d*** things with me overall I’m done thank you.
