This will have been my 3rd vehicle to take to this Caliber location and has been my worst experience. Vehicle was returned to me towards closing time on Oct 31st and later the next day I noticed that there was a water stain in the top headliner, the rear passenger window had the window tint torn off and there was column pieces that weren’t put back in order. Additionally, my lift gate would no longer open all the way and would beep as if an error was occurring. I showed Wayne (the manager) these items and he assured me they would get fixed. The same day I found the items I also lost vehicle power while driving on the highway and discovered that they did not secure my negative battery terminal after competing their job.
They replaced the window tint that they tore off, but replaced it with a different shade that doesn’t match and in the process somehow tore another window tint off and just left it as is. At this point I no longer wanted to trust them with doing my window tint so I told them to just fix my lift gate. Wayne assured me he would investigate what the cause was and would get back to me. A week went by of silence and I reached out. Wayne said it “had to be something in the settings” and that he would point me to a location that was better suited. Wayne never followed up with me and has not shown interest in correcting the matter. He told me that there had been management changes and that he was going to make sure things would be better but he has done everything but that. I do not recommend this location.

I had a vehicle emergency and Caliber Collision was the closest turn off today. The team here, Debbie and Wayne, were so kind and helpful to me. Even though I didn’t use them for body work, I would be happy to in the future and am appreciative of their customer service when I wasn’t even their customer!

I had a great experience at Caliber Collision! I came in thinking I needed a paint job, but Wesley took the time to look at my car and was completely honest with me — he told me it wasn’t necessary and explained why. It’s rare to find that kind of honesty these days, especially in auto repair. I really appreciated his professionalism and integrity. I’ll definitely be coming back here for any future repairs and highly recommend asking for Wesley!

Caliber Collision far surpassed my expectations ! I was rear ended by an uninsured motorist in my SUV.My Bumper needed to be replaced,my rear lift gate Was dented and had a crease that needed body work and a taillight was cracked and needed replacing.Debbie who checked me in was incredibly friendly and professional.Wesley was my assigned service advisor. Between Wesley's professionalism and his knowledge along with an incredible body shop team did simply an incredible work of art on my SUV.
It was above and beyond my expectations. Originally they told me my vehicle would be done in 9 working days and it was completed in 4. A bonus for me was when I picked up my SUV it was totally detailed inside and out. I highly recommend caliber collision and their entire team For anyone that is needing body work. I am certain from my experience that you will not be disappointed. Way to go team , keep up the good work!

I got pretty bad scratches on my Toyota Camry. Alec at Caliber collision at Manvel did a very good job repairing it. The car came out like brand new. The front desk lady Debbie has been very friendly and efficient. I am very happy with their service. Highly recommended.

This was my first time needing to have a vehicle repaired, and unfortunately, my experience with Caliber Collision was extremely disappointing from start to finish.
I chose Caliber Collision because they were listed as a preferred provider through my car insurance. The damage to my car was minimal, just a small issue on the rear bumper, but the repair process turned into a frustrating ordeal.
From day one, there were red flags. I was told that my deductible was $1,000, when I knew for a fact it was only $500. This felt like a dishonest attempt to overcharge, and it immediately made me question the integrity of the process.
I opted to proceed with repairs rather than just an estimate because I needed my car back quickly for work. I was told the parts would arrive in 2–3 business days. Instead, it took two weeks, and I received zero proactive communication from them during that time. I had to follow up myself repeatedly just to get updates.
When the parts finally arrived, I dropped the car off on a Monday and was told I might have it back by Wednesday. That day passed with no update. I called Thursday, still not ready. Friday, now I’m told it will be done the following Monday. Monday comes, still not ready. I call again Tuesday, now they say Wednesday. When I didn’t hear from them Wednesday, I decided to go in person on Thursday. Only then was I told the car was ready, and they had simply “forgotten” to call me.
When I inspected the repairs, I was incredibly disappointed. The quality was noticeably poor, nowhere near what I would expect from a certified repair facility. I expressed my frustration and was told I could leave the car again so they could try to fix it. After everything I had already gone through, missed deadlines, poor communication, subpar workmanship, I had lost all trust. I said I would return the next day, but I never did.
To make matters worse, before I left, someone actually asked me to leave them a positive review.
No review can fully describe how frustrating and unprofessional this experience was. I strongly advise anyone to avoid this location. I will also be following up with my insurance provider to express my concerns about them recommending this shop.
