By far the worst customer service of any CVS, and this is coming from connive who used to work at a CVS in the pharmacy and I have empathy for the position. I only used this location because I live nearby. I will drive further out for a better experience in the future. This location is pathetic at respecting customers’ time, communicating delays, and protecting patient privacy. The lady spoke aloud about the prescriptions if the customer in front of me as though I was entitled to know this woman’s medical needs while standing 6 feet behind her. This location is poorly run and poorly managed.

I got it just right; no line. Gracious sometimes they can be very busy inside and out 😓😮💨 I've seen the drive-through have over 10 cars and inside 2 lines of several people each; never go between 330-6 (the after school and work crowd).

I have been using CVS pharmacy for years and have never had any issues. They refill scripts on time and the people who work there are kind and patient.

This location is listed as a UPS Access Point with drop off/pick up option on their website. They refused to accept my UPS package today. When I called to inquire the reason I was told by an associate (Kimberly) at the store that they no longer accept packages for pick up. Yet...their website for this store location says "Drop off and pick up your packages with UPS tracking available...We'll hold packages up to 7 days, so you can pick them up on your schedule". I was told by store associate (Kimberly) that they have not accepted pick up option since Nov. (last year?) Fix your website CVS!

This eye ointment was expired 2 years ago . I showed it to the pharmacy staff last week. But today 05/02/2023 Tuesday I went there to buy the same ointment and I saw the same expired ointment on the shelf. They have a total disregard for their consumers safety! Be careful people!

Wish it had a drop-off line like the CVS on Sienna Parkway. And I realize the purpose for having the pharmacy all the way at yhe back is to promote customer shopping; if we're gonna shop, we'd do that anyway. I would like to see a new layout. It's a pharmacy store. Unless you put in moving aisleways, ? sick people don't feel like walking. Can there be more than 2 chairs?

Pharmacist didn't seem like she wanted to be there. I felt like I was bothering her when I asked her a few questions. She even rolled her eyes at me.

My son's pediatrician called in Tamiflu after diagnosing with Influenza B. When I went to pick it up it wasn't ready because they said our doctor didn't write the Rx correctly. So, we both got on the phone to try and fix the problem; after about an hour my doctor's nurse confirmed that they sent it in the way the pharmacy required it for our insurance to pay. I called the pharmacy to confirm and was on hold over 30 minutes with no answer. I never got a call from the pharmacy and now time is ticking...Tamiflu must be taking within 24 to 48 hours to be effective. Not helpful or accommodating in the least.
