On 6.17.25, I went to CVS on 15027 State Hwy 6
Rosharon, TX77583
Kassandra was my salesperson. She
was totally awesome!! She was very courteous and very knowledgeable on personalizing mugs for my Team members with our pictures... I purchased these mugs as retirement gifts š for my coworkers... She explained in depth how the personalized mug was made and the best way to take care of them. My Team loved it ā¤ļø tremendously. They requested 2 more. I returned to the store on 6.20.25. Kaylanna was my salesperson.I received the same treatment. Mark assistant as well... They were very patient and easy to talk to and personable!
I will be forever grateful. Thank you, Kassandra, Shayanna, and Mark

Minute clinic is absolutely 100% useless. They charge you a lot and do nothing. Their tools are totally inadequate and the nurse is not experienced in making correct a diagnosis. When I saw the nurse, I told her my symptoms and she tried to use her scope but it wasnāt working well enough and she told me she couldnāt see anything. She told me she didnāt know what was wrong and I should go see an ENT. Total time of interaction was about 1-2 minutes. The next day, I went to see an ENT and he told me the nurse at the minute clinic should have recognized my symptoms and immediately prescribed me corticosteroids.
The minute clinic also lies to youā¦the nurse told me there was no charge because she didnāt do anything (no diagnosis and no prescription)ā¦but then a week later I get a magical $78 charge. I will never waste my time here again. I actually believe there is fraud going on here.

I have always had the best experience shopping at the CVS in Rosharon at 15027 Highway 6. The CVS team members there, the manager, and the pharmacists have consistently given me the best service. I have always found what I was looking for when I go in there. Thank you for that!

Any CVS that I walk into is always clean and I am always greeted. The store is always in order. I really enjoy being able to reap the benefits of my extra care savings.

Iāve used this CVS for years and after today Iāll be switching to another location! The pharmacy tech needs retrained in customer service etiquette! You know whatās crazy is that as a black woman encountering another black woman in a Place of business I would expect to be able to be cordial and polite to one another but Fiona is a pure menace! I really donāt know why people work Jobs that keep them living on the border of pissed off all the time, but if this is you please find a profession that allows you to remain pleasant!

CVS has gotten greedy. They have raised the prices on everything in the store. There should be no reason that all lotion is $15-$19.

I will never shop at this CVS again the lady in the front named kimberlee is the worse sells associate I have come in contact with. She chooses who she wants to help. I love CVS as a company but her as a person working for yāall is bad. She gives the face of cvs a bad name . I will make sure to take my money to another cvs where Iām treated nice. Also, I asked her if there was someone else who worked there that could help me and she told me I just had to wait so I left.

New to the area⦠closest pharmacy to us. No call or text, even though requested to get text messages when prescription is ready. Waited over 25 minutes in line to get medication. The tech looked around everywhere for more than 5 minutes before asking for help from another staff member. No one bothered to tell me whatās going on as to why there is a delay. I saw the pharmacy tech putting the medication in the bag, as if it was ready. When asked if the prescription was ready or not, the pharmacy tech said the medication was ready. The medication was not in the bag, sealed, like other medications ready for pick up when I asked her that question. My total time waiting there was over 30 minutes. Absolutely horrible service, the attitude was just unnecessary.
