Greeted as soon as I walked in! Came in for picture pick up. However, they weren’t ready due to the system shutting down because of power outage. The manager went above and beyond to try to resolve it. Great customer service.

The quality of care has drastically fallen at this location. Last time I came they gave me someone else’s medication and tried to convince me that it was mine despite it belonging to someone with a completely different name and DOB. Tonight took the cake. I go to pick up a newly prescribed medication and was not offered a consultation. When I asked for one the pharmacist begrudgingly approached asked what I needed and when I told him I’d like a consultation he told me to read the pamphlet for details. Unbelievable and unacceptable.

The drive-thru is so incredibly slow. I waited in line mid afternoon to drop off a prescription for 40 mins, then another 50 to pick it up later in the day. What's going on here? The line behind me was into the road.

The CVS on Meridiana parkway in Rosharon Texas is a great place to go for your needs.
The staff is always Kind, Courteous, Friendly, and extremely Helpful.
Rare things now adays.

I had important photos to be printed 5x5 and they told me in store they dont do anything bigger than 4x4, it was frustrating to rely on printing services when the website offered 5x5 sizes just to be let down in the store because they dont do it. Best to call them prior to getting photos printed!

I’m no stranger to waiting in line for a prescription at this location, but what was said by the pharmacist today was truly unbelievable. He was stressed out about being 34 prescriptions behind. How do I know this? He was yelling it to the window clerk. I was finally able to get my prescription, as I was paying for it, he asked if I was still a smoker, and I said yes. In a quick and dismissive way he said that medicine causes bleeding and walked away as fast as he said it. I had to catch his attention to ask, where can it cause bleeding, in my lungs? He said no in your stomach and again walked away as quickly as he said it. In my frustration I replied “Well, it’s just my stomach.” He said it’s up to you. I will no longer fill prescriptions here any longer. Walgreens here I come.

The pharmacy here is awful from the wait time to the customer service. I will never get another prescription sent here again even though I live close.

Tried to walk in at 7:57pm on Sunday night to get some contact lenses solution, the lady had locked the doors already and said it was closed. Store hours are until 8pm on Sunday. Stop being lazy and do better!

After having an issue with the self check out, the sales clerk gladly offered to help and check me out, she also offered me the CVS reward card and explained how it works. I have enjoyed using the reward card and I have a more positive perception of CVS now and plan on shopping there more often.

I had a great experience! Say of wedding went in there quick to buy little things I needed. Andreya (I think that’s how you spell it). Taught me in a short amount of time how to coupon and saved me $13 on makeup and grooming. I really needed that and I appreciated it. And I got $5 back in CVS cash.

Front store worker was very helpful she greeted me as soon as i walked in she assisted me with finding everything I needed she even went above and beyond she even call other stores to check on a particular item that I needed but wasn't available at her store she definitely deserves a raise she as amazing customer service... Please keep that lady at your store.
