ive been at this complex for 9 months, but was having a lot of issues while trying to resign my lease. i went into the office & casey was so unbelievably helpful! we were able to add my current s/o, remove my previous roommate, and resign the lease all in one go! could not have asked for a better & easier experience, and she made it really enjoyable & stress free. i look forward to staying in this community!!

Don’t move here! Save yourself the hassle. 2 years in a row we have had to file insurance claims for flooding to our unit. It takes weeks for them to repair and the proper manager is constantly wanting to know how they build trust! You can build trust by checking on your residents after you know their apartments have been flooded and keeping them update on when the repairs will take place! Horrible property management and horrible all around customer service! The only thing the person who answers the phone can say is submit a work order like he’s reading off a script! Do better!

Lived here for 2 years and when we moved in the apartment wasn’t properly walked through, the lights flicker randomly in the bathroom- the doors won’t close fully- there’s wall/door damage in every room and our yard floods when it rains. I put in a request last year and it was “fixed” but still have the SAME issue to this day. I would request MANY times for the pest control to come and spray the house and they always say they put us on the list but without a doubt we always somehow end up not on the list. My wife & I are military personnel & very clean but there’s a MAJOR roach problem and we’ve talked to other tenants and they have the same issue. The front office staff has changed a lot since last year when Tracy left. We liked Tracy a lot and how helpful she was. The front office staff now puts your maintenance request off until it’s convenient for them. The front staff isn’t very professional and doesn’t conduct their residents in a respectful manner…. And a warning for future residents if you aren’t a fan of the late night parties & loud noise don’t move in close to the pool, the pool hours are NOT enforced and there’s always a party going on or noise happening at the pool…. There’s NEVER propane at the grills even though they are provided for this “luxury living” and We pay for a “Gated Community” but the gates NEVER CLOSE and have NEVER CLOSED since we moved in, that is apart of why we picked this complex. Only thing we have liked is all the friendly neighbors/tenants we have met while at our stay at 401 Teravista. And I personally thought the maintenance men were pretty cool guys and helpful.

DO NOT MOVE HERE AND CERTAINLY DONT GO OUT OF TOWN. THEY WILL JUST WALK IN YOUR HOUSE ASSUME YOU MOVED OUT AND THROW EVERYTHING AWAY! Jayla is a scam artist and they do not help you with anything all they want is their money. Rent is late on the 5th and by the 6th they’re filing on you. Don’t move to this place as long as Jayla is the manager. They act like they don’t know what you’re talking about and charge you the entire lease. Ps Jayla I saw the note you left on my door and I saw y’all go back and get it and throw my stuff out. Losers!

I have lived here for just over two years and my experience has been up and down with the front office. The amenities are "so so" as they are in need of a major upgrade, specifically the gym. I feel like we are paying a premium only for the location and the convenience it provides rather than anything the complex has to offer itself. The front office has made numerous accounting mistakes that eventually get refunded by reducing the total of a future rent payment. It's not guaranteed that you'll see that on the following month, so I have to constantly check that months receipt to be sure that the refund was applied. The gates have never been fixed since I lived here, and I am sure that is a part of the premium we pay to be here. A gated community should be a gated community if you are going to advertise as such. However, the maintenance crew has been great! They are speedy when it comes to fixing things in the apartment, and they pick up appointments in a timely manner. The turnaround time between a maintenance request and execution is impressive. Carlos is one of the maintenance men that I want to specifically point out. He has always been very transparent and understanding when it comes to scheduling and completing maintenance request. He has even taken it as far as giving me the option to reschedule maintenance when I am not home to provide more comfort and security. That was something that was never offered before he started working here. The previous maintenance men would come into your apartment and you would never know. They used to leave notes on the door telling the tenants that work had been performed, but that died shortly after I moved here. Carlos came months later and has returned the mutual respect that a tenant and a complex should have, and for that I am very thankful.

My hubs and I moved in mid-August and so far, we love it! The location itself is great and all the staff have been so welcoming and helpful. The move-in process was very smooth and the apartment is perfect! We’ve had to submit 2 maintenance’s requests and they were taken care of very quickly. We will always recommend 401 Teravista!!

I just moved less than a month ago and I can already tell I will love being here! The whole process of applying and moving in was seamless and Casey was nothing short of a rockstar getting back to me on a timely manner on every and any question I had!Post move-in, I am still amazed by the quality of assistance and help from Casey and Carlos who fixed everything in my place in less than an hour! Keep it up 401 Teravista!

Have been here almost 2 months and love it. Haven’t had any issues with apartment and office employees are the best! Casey, Richard, and Jayla are so responsive and tentative. Definitely recommend living here!!

Apartments are not properly walked through before move in. Our microwave didn’t work and our dishwasher racks were completely rusted. It took a month and a lot of bugging the office to finally get a working dishwasher. During crucial communication time for move in we had a lack of response to our emails checking if everything was squared away for our move only to find out the morning of move in that one of our leases wasn’t signed due to the staff not having confirmed an email. There is hardly any free uncovered parking near our building so we have to park far away. All of our cabinets are scratched, the balcony looks like it’s coming apart and the drains were all clogged upon moving in.

Maintenance and neighbors were great but scroll past a few of the generated 5 star reviews to see some more realistic reviews. Believe what they say about the new management. It has gone down hill last three teams. Each worse then the previous which can be typical but expect to be over charged. Also God Bless the multiple law enforcement officers that are living here but there is still a significant theft/crime problem and lack of cameras. Looks to be plenty of new alternative options in the area with great ammenities. Beware of Avenue 5 management though. Could be different at another location who knows Good Luck. - Mike

Jeremiah and Carlos are the best. They are always so quick to respond to maintenance requests and so kind too. I am insanely thankful for their help.Jeremiah is also usually the one to respond to most of my requests and he is always quick, and always super sweet every time he comes by. My most recent work order involved fixing my A/C and my 2nd bathroom tub, and both are now in pristine working condition again, which I couldn't be more thankful for, especially with my A/C and this heat!!

I’ve never lived somewhere so unproblematic, from never being charged more than I expect to the Maintence workers being quick and professional this is a great place to stay in the round rock area. Not only is it clean and safe but Tracy Specifically goes above and beyond any time I need anything from the office. Countless times she has worked around my schedule and been professional and understanding of my needs. I’ve never experienced customer service for an apartment complex like this.
