The owner or manager of the store comes out of store while I am at gas pump. He said I can only throw 1 or 2 pieces of trash in the trash can. This is after I spent well over $30 in his store. This 711 is at corner of AW GRIMES and Hesters Crossing. I asked him are you the trash 🗑 police 🚔. This guy did not care that I spent over $30 in his store he cared that I threw more than 2 pieces of trash away at the gas pump trash can. I am APPALLED

The pumps were leaking gas. When I asked the attendant about it, he seemed to not care that I had gas all over my hands. I went to get coffee and the pot was empty when I asked him to make regular coffee he made pecan.

I don't appreciate somebody trying to tell me how to do MY job and yelling at the same time across the store. We share a mutual customer and I can't get to them until I do CONFIRM the ORDER!!! Pipe down and have better customer service! I'm worried about my own rating and pay why tf wouldn't I confirm.. Irky!!

This gas station scams people. I tried to put gas for 20 dollars and it did not fill up my car, and it still charged. I talked to the manager and they said they'll give the money back, but they never did.

Customer service is absolutely terrible workers seem like they don’t want to work rude and act like the customers are forcing them to work at 7 elven this location definitely need to do better this is a continuous thing this location will definitely no longer get my business.

the manager took a picture of my wife’s drivers license on his phone as she was picking up a ubereats order that contained alcohol , i called to speak to manager but no one ever picks up, it’s just a creepy tought knowing you have her info in your phone.

Literally the worst pay system/rewards. They don’t let you pay at the pump but you can’t get your rewards if you pay inside. Such a scam.
