I've been banking with A+ for a little over 2 years now. Went to this location to open an estate account. All was going well between me & the clerk until the nosy manager intervening & told the clerk to tell me that I needed a letter of testimonary, death certificate & an EIN number. I provided all 3 documents. I was then told that I could not open an estate account because my dead husband did not bank there. Then I was told that my beneficiaries would need to have an account there in order to open the estate account, however I am the executor. She then proceeded to take my documents, make copies told me that they would be faxed to corporate and someone would contact me within 3 to 5 days. A week had passed, heard absolutely nothing from no one. I made an appointment online at the Pflugerville location provided the same documents clerk took the documents to management. The account was approved. I would hate to use the race card but I felt discriminated against & that the banks should be on the same accord.

They only work with people with 650+ credit and don’t even care to help you build to that point. So many better credit unions you can go with that will work with you.

Made an appointment to open an account with them and then they decide to not see me the day I scheduled my appointment very unprofessional of them how can I trust them with my money if they can’t even do one thing right

We have gone to this branch for over 6 years and for some reason recently there is a new girl that seems to know nothing about anything. Normally everyone is very helpful, but this girl Sarah lord help us all. She is very passive and not very knowledgeable about much. When you ask her a question she kind of just gives you what you wanna hear not the truth. Please train this lady in how things work, bc I have dealt with her two times now and both times I was able to go to another employee and they resolved the situation.

"Fraud Dept" is a joke! Our business account got hit multiple times and after filing a dispute they have yet to resolve the very obvious fraud. We call over and over for answers and every time you speak to someone different and have to re-explain your situation. Always told someone will call you back...I'm sure we are out the money stolen and have learned our lesson but unfortunately not fast enough since this was not the first time we have been screwed by them. Get a bank that protects its members and their money not the frauds stealing it!

Terrible at helping with fraud related issues. My account was obviously breached and money stole and after numerous attempts to contact dispute department they never even made a call to check on disputes I had to and they took my debit card permanently and found it was not fraudulent charges!! Terrible terrible feeling to get robbed and then have your bank stick it to you 2!! Also they don't have a 24 hr line so if something happens after hours you are screwed until they open. God forbid it's not a Friday on a 3 day holiday weekend like it was for me.

Don't trust these people. Their fraud department called my boyfriend told him that his info was STOLEN AND DIDN'T CANCEL HIS CARD WHEN HE TOLD THEM TOO AND NOW HIS ENTIRE ACCOUNT WAS WIPED. I do not recommend any A+ location you are better off taking your business elsewhere because these people obviously do not care about the people they are working for. A+ plus is the most unprofessional business I have ever had to deal with and every single one of A+ employees should quit because you couldn't even do something as simple as turning off a card to stop your client's money from being stolen. I hope you all have the worst day of your lives and never live happily.
