I have been storing stuff here for 4 years now, and I have never had an issue! Cassandra at the front desk is amazing and very responsive by phone or email. Someday I will have to get my stuff outta here but in the meantime Im so happy its here and not somewhere else!

I highly recommend this place, and am so glad to have picked them over other options! Cassandra and Roy are really nice and helpful, and I enjoyed getting to see Max, their dog, whenever I went into the office! They take really good care of the place, as it's really clean, and I always felt safe coming here. If I'm ever in Round Rock again and need a storage facility, I will for sure come back here! Will also recommend to anyone I know in the area looking for a storage facility. :)-Charlotte

The owners were so so helpful and so nice willing to go that extra mile i would highly highly recommend AAA storage in round rock to any and everyone looking for a nice and super fair priced storage unit climate controlled or not ( your choice ) Thanks again AAA storage for everything

Owners are awesome and so is Max (the awesome pup)! Friendly and easy to work with, I hate to say this but that is hard to find. Customer service is a huge part of any business and they have it down!!

Loved this place the moment I walked in the first time. Cassandra and Roy are very friendly and professional. Facility is very clean and well kept. Decent prices and was offered a discount when we signed up. Can't say enough good things about this business. Highly recommended!

I understand Exactly where you're coming from I do see that and I respect your policies but the way i was approached surprised me being i had read almost all of your reviews with 4/5 stars.. That's all I'm saying.as going to rent a unit but I decided not to because thr lady was actually very rude . They require you to wear a mask or no service . She came out and first thing she shoved at me was, I'm recover8ng ftom covid you need a mask and if you don't have one then I'm sorry and she was rude and kinda was rushing ne to tell her what I needed . Just very bad ?

The property is well taken care of and feels very secure. Customer service was excellent and very helpful. I'd recommend AAA Storage for anyone looking in the area.
