Picture tube went out of 75 inch tv called soonest they can come get tv to service is on the 27th can’t get a loaner tv till they pick my tv up is mind blowing also was supposed to pick up a tv stand on the 18th never showed up!! But let u miss a payment they are blowing up your phone!!! This is the round rock tx location I shouldn’t have to go over a week with no tv

It's sad to say but some employees for a company as huge as Aaron's can actually make the company look bad as a whole. I have been a long time customer of Aaron's for as long as I can remember and most of my business was at the one located in Taylor TX. Unfortunately that location is no longer open and all our accounts are at the Round Rock location which is the ABSOLUTE WORST due to the rudeness and the non communication between the employees. For example, just today July 2, 2024 an account rep calls me and had the audacity to tell me I'M GONE MAKE A PAYMENT TODAY OR WE CAN SCHEDULE A PICKUP. Mind you, my payment came due on July 1st, my day hadn't even begun and I hadn't had the opportunity to do anything and this individual come at me like this. Well I had time this morning for the shenanigans so I gave him a piece of my mind and then when I asked to speak to the manager, he tells me he's on the phone and he'll call u back. It's been over an hr if not longer and I still haven't received that call back. So I called back, multiple times back to back and no one is answering the phone..VERY UNPROFESSIONAL and the workers needs some people skill classes..

wish I had read the reviews before getting anything from this location ?♀️.I ordered a bed set, couch set and tv from them and the day of delivery they never showed. We had to reschedule for the next day ?that day comes and they only deliver my couch and bed set ?. dont know why or how my tv got left behind but I was told they can deliver it today but now they saying im not getting it today because there is no delivery person. Im so over them already. Currently dont know when im even gettin the tv.

My husband and I recently decided to lease a washer and dryer from the Round Rock location. We received our set later than expected and tried to reach out in regards to the payment when we got a call back from the manager Anasa he was very rude and obnoxious. For someone who claims he’s been with the company for almost 20 years you would think he would have better customer service experience. This has to be the worst service I have ever received and will never go back to them. I should’ve stuck to what I know best and went back to the Georgetown location. I rented with the Georgetown location in the past and never experienced this kind of attitude especially by a manager. I figured since the Round Rock location was closest I would give them a try. BIG MISTAKE! As a manager you should be leading with an example for your employees I feel bad for the people who work under him. If he treats his paying customers like crap I could only imagine his employees! Hopefully he will get the training he desperately needs to better handle his customers!

Very disappointed in this store and the people that work here just receive a call from there manager today talking to me rudely and trying to belittle me about making a payment on a appliance that i am paid up to date on but somehow there been a confusing on my payment date and he was trying to force me to make a payment when I was trying to explain to him my payment is for the 1st of every month and I told him you can even go look in your system my payment are not do on the 15th remind you my dryer had been in the shop for almost a year he threaten to pick up my dryer I then reminded him you guys already have it this is a loner he said I don’t see no information about that in my system saying the dryer you have is yours I immediately just ask for corporate number and he gave it to me and hung up as a person who purchased plenty of things from Aaron’s in paid off every item I brought I’m highly disappointed and upset please beware of this store location an make sure you check your status on the Aarons’s website because they will give you a ridiculous amount and not the accurate amount of what you owe

Had an awful experience recently.. on a couple of items.. ended up going to the Georgetown location.. MUCH BETTER CUSTOMER SERVICE and selection.
Won’t be doing business at the Round Rock location anymore.

10/10 do NOT recommend this location. The customer service here was a complete joke and the staff is rude beyond anything I've experienced! Will NEVER be back!

I've been a customer with the store for a while now and you have some great delivery drivers you have a great new manager that works there and yet the lack of individuals being there to answer the phone is one thing that is inconsistent and it's frustrating. payment wise is to the T. Everything as for the customer service is just basically needing help there needs to be more consistency with people answering the phones and more employees.

He was amazing!!! I’m so glad I decided to go with Aaron’s for my purchase specially this location because I’m all about first impressions and he def won me over as a customer!!! Absolutely no good place to rent from. They're not at all competent in their products and they harrass you on the phone. I do not will not ever recommend renting here. Use Buddies or Rent a Center.

I had a great experience renting a recliner from Aaron's. Customer service was excellent. Meeko was extremely helpful, courteous, professional and cheerful. I'm happy I chose Aaron's at the Hester Crossing location.

If I can give zero stars I would I was 7days late due to my card Information changing and they harassed me banging on my door at 8pm please don’t shop here they will not try and contact you any other way but coming to you home trying to intimidate you. I was left waiting for a bedroom set, without the mattress, I took the previous one out of my room and asked twice, they said they would bring it today and they left me waiting and sleeping on the floor, a day of hard and tiring work, getting home waiting and they don't even deliver. They have the delicacy to call by phone, Aarón at 1150n i35 in round rock, terrible service and sleeping on the floor with a 2-year-old girl, it is 8:00 pm, but they are punctual to collect, they have disappointed me and I am already customer but this will definitely be the last and I will not look for them anymore, I have been waiting for about 3 or 4 weeks, I went last week and they told me that the lady who served me had not placed the order, I had to bring proof and what I paid so that For the second time they placed the order and I could start the contract, which I had done for more than 2 weeks, of course it arrived and the lady is no longer there, another person assists me with my papers in hand, they assured me to bring it today, I went today To the store, I called when I saw that the hours were passing, always the same answer that would arrive today, if there was a delay why not call? One also gets up early to go to work and without being able to rest well, terrible service and the worst thing is that I took my previous bedroom out of my house, whoever is interested and cares, telephones were created for a reason and they can make a call of courtesy and education if they have had a delay or a problem but not even that.
