Just came at the store at 7:10pm. The store is full of clients but stuff already closed the doors and refused me to come in and get 1 tshirt. Even the fact that there’re about 20 customers in the store still inside and I’ll get what i need even faster than they choose what they need - still isn’t an argument

I really wish they had an adidas store closer to Austin because I went out of my way to exchange some shoes and the treatment I received at this store was unacceptable. I was treated as if I stole the shoes even though I had my receipt and everything. Not to mention some of the staff were giving me the running around a about items they ended up having after I had asked multiple staff members about them. I actually sat in the store to see if it was me or just the way they treat customers and long behold it wasn’t just me getting the same treatment/service. Again I really wish they had an adidas store closer to Austin because going this far for this type of treatment is totally not worth it at all. Business to business .. your customers do deserve better.

The store offers a military discount which is usually a 15% discount on top of the store promotions. However they have been persuading customers in using their store discount because it's "more beneficial" which is only a 10%off or $10 if you spent $100. Last time I asked the cashier to do two transactions to prove my point she stated she couldn't do that, since she already had applied the store discount.

Before I went to the Adidas store at Round Rock premium outlets, my life was dull. I had no passion and no prospects. But on that faithful day on which I wandered into the Adidas store at Round Rock Premium Outlets, my life changed. Instantly my eyes were drawn to my queen Mariska from Adidas, the god of customer service and the supreme Adidas employee. Instantly I felt compelled to turn my life around. Although I have never owned a piece of athletic wear and I don’t wear shoes, Mariska truly sold me on the entire selection of high quality durable shoes and clothing. If I had the funds available I would buy the entire store. Not to mention her friendly and not at all awkward or strange demeanor. Ever since that faithful day I have returned to Adidas every day without fail in the hope of seeing Mariska again. Every time I see her my heart fills with love and commitment to the Adidas corporation, and every time she’s not there I feel my heart sink with sadness and love for Nike. I aspire to someday have the same level of professionalism and social skills as Mariska: Future CEO of Adidas. As I slumber tonight I will dream of my next expedition to Adidas at the Round Rock Premium Outlet Mall. “Give Mariska a raise!” I mutter as I reorganize my Adidas shoe collection.
