First time I've changed parts on my own instead of having it done as part of general maintenance in a shop. The clerk mocks me for forgetting there's two sizes of windshield wipers and selects the wrong type of headlights.

Had paid an alternator in full to be ordered. Because they didn't have it in stock. My wife had went there after her work to pick up but the part was totally wrong. Was told to come back tomorrow and talk to the person who had originally assisted me for a refund. Like come on she had a receipt coming from that store.

They would not honor a warranty on a battery they that they alone sell just because we didn't have the phone number that was used to purchase it originally 2 years ago. Bad business. Not worth it to get a warranty when they won't honor it.

I came in with my wife's dead battery and there was one guy behind the counter about my age (mid 30s-ish) and two older employees just watching him work essentially. But this guy was handling business. Addressing concerns, was very informative to everyone and maintained a friendly, welcoming attitude all while juggling at least 4 different customers needs including my own. Testing my battery, checking out another customer, pulling up my replacement, helping the next customer, and getting my new battery and all the recommended accessories for the battery. Man was killing it. Dunno what the other two old timers were there for tho. Just decoration I guess.

My car battery died and had other issues with the terminals. Bryan was very helpful and took his time to help me find the right parts and get a battery replacement. He did a great job.

I went to this place couple of times. All of their staff and their services were excellent and highly professional. I like the way they guide their customers with their skills and experiences. Highly recommended auto shop around the town.

I give a two only because this location was clean and the shelves were faced with product. The staff here seemed like they simply didn't want to be bothered. There is a chime on the door that would alert them to the presence of a customer, but after browsing and getting items I was simply ignored while two staff members had an extensive conversation. Even after attempting to get their attention, another staff member was called to come check me out. I waited a good ten minutes before the other guy was called. Seems like this location gets very little traffic.

Kelly is the best commercial manager I have ever worked with. She’s always answering the phone and you can hear her smile her smile. I have worked with three different commercial managers and she has the best service. Her crew is great and get parts here on time with no excuses.

On Saturday August 19th, 2022 I went to Advanced Auto parts around 7pm to get error codes checked on my 2006 Prius. I walk in the store, ask for help, and Im told by a man that help is not possible because they have a new system or something. A woman then asks what engine size I have, I tell her "1.8 liter", and she tells me they cant help me.I've been getting error codes checked out at car repair stores for 20+ years and this was the worst experience yet. I want an explanation for why I was treated dismissively and with such gross incompetence.
