Monique is the best lash tech ever!! She is always so sweet & nice to talk to. My lashes always look amazing!! I highly recommend seeing Monique when coming to this location.

I love this studio! My favorite lash artists are Nef, Bella, and Rachel. They are all very detailed, friendly, and accommodating. The front desk staff are also very friendly and helpful! I would highly recommend this studio.

Update: I received a nice email from the owner addressing my concerns which resulted in better training for the staff, as well as cancelation of my membership.
Edit: The response provided was rather disappointing, and clearly made by Tabitha. I was not upset at the "rules" (which where never an issue for the near 10 years I used Amazing Lash). Rather, I was upset by the lack of communication and professionalism shown by Tabitha. I did not argue, I did not cause a scene... I didn't even say a word. When I checked out, I was not asked how my services went, or if I would like to book again... I wasn't even told a Thank You or Goodbye. I work in retail and would not treat even the worst customer the way I was treated.
Once a 5 star location, the new manager - Tabitha, is going to single handedly bring this location down. It's a shame as their AWESOME technicians such as Natalie deserve so much more. I have been a loyal Amazing Lash customer for nearly 10 years and after just 2 transactions with Tabitha.. I am strongly considering taking my business elsewhere. That says a lot cause normally I would just switch locations... but if Amazing Lash is OK having people like her as management to represent their company, it speaks volumes how they dont value their customers. I won't bore with details here, but corporate is welcome to reach out to me for explanation if needed.

i went there and expected my lashes to be up and lifted and i did not come back satisfied they didn't talk to me about how it worked or if my lashes needed something else but when i called them they said they used a larger rod for my lashes because they where too long. They never told me anything about that when i was there.Also when i got there they where gonna charge me a extra 30 but online it said nothing about that i don't recommend it here for lash lifts.

SAVE YOUR MONEY! You will not get exactly what you ask for even if you show pictures. They do not last long at all and the thick glue will bother you when you blink. This is the worst lash studio i've ever been to and i've been to many, and i'm not even picky. Im so disappointed I wanna cry, I asked for a lash lift and sat for an hour just to see no difference in my lashes at all, they wasted my time. I canceled my membership I thought It would save me money, it's not a good deal at all. 0 STARS if i could. DONT GO, YOUR WELCOME.

Hello everyone. I usually never leave a negative comment on anyone’s business but this one was truly unfair, unprofessional and unknowledgeable.I went in to get a touch up on my lashes and I had about 90% of them still in I told them exactly I needed a touch up and not a refill I only needed maybe 2 or 3 lashes in that’s all. I called and talked to Niko (front desk lady), she was very nice but she told me the price for a touch up is about $30 to $35 and takes about 30 minutes, so I made an appointment and went in. My stylist Monique did not mention at all that the lashes she was going to use were going to be “volume” I didn’t have volume I had spiky classics on, so just the fact that her “volume” matched my classics says a lot about it, it was very short and thin and did not match and I was able to see any difference. However, she puts them on only on one eye and doesn’t fix the other one, she literally only put 2 lashes on my left eye, one in the inner corner and one in the middle. I wasn’t mad that they didn’t match I was just trying to leave and tip also because they were nice regardless of the miscommunication. Mind you I even told the stylist I only want a touch up and not a refill. My total came up to $90, which I was really surprised about, it was never communicated with me that they were volume put on me which is going to cost more and she only put 2 lashes in, and I was told a different price over the phone. I still paid and left a tip because they still need to charge for their services I wasn’t mad.Until the day after where I tried to brush my lashes and they both came out. YES THEY BOTH CAME OUT. So not only they overcharged me but their quality of work is absolutely horrible and for someone who’s been getting her lashes done for the past 3 years, I would NEVER recommend anyone to this place. After calling them and explaining to them that the only reason I went to them was because they were the only ones that could take me in in that day because I was leaving for vacation, and the lashes came out. The girl that was talking to me said she needed to talk to her manager if it’s okay to refund the money and it’s been 2 weeks since I called so clearly they do not care what happens to your lashes as soon as you leave their salon. She offered a redo but I told her that this was communicated with everyone that that was my last day in Tx so I could not go back so instead I asked for a refund and they didn’t give it to me nor they have called me back yet.This place doesn’t even deserve a one star.

I gave this place three opportunities to capture what I was wanting done and they could not.... I was warned by many African American women that this is not the place nor do they cater to us for services. I tried three times and it was failure and now I understand why they don't cater to the African Americans clients

This place are thieves I came 30 minutes late she made me sign a paper that they are responsible if they didn’t take time to make my lashes in a good way!!! What I understood is that they make this on purpose the technician took her 2 hours to do my lashes came out of her hands with bareeeelyyyyyy showing lashes extension and the lashes started falling next day no lashes wooowwwww and the white glue was all over my lashe. So you made me sign this paper knowing that you will not do a good job so you stole 99$ for what???!!!! Am going to post everywhere about amazing lash studio that they are thieves!!!!!!

The front desk lady is not knowledgeable about her work. She gave me a hard time about a simple ask. This are the kind of people who make you cancel your membership. When it comes to the eyelashes, the glue burned, and eyelash was falling off after a few days. When you do your lashes, it should stay at least two to three weeks, if it falls off after a day or two why would I want to continue my membership? Every single day my lashes were falling off. I had a big gap in the middle. It sucks for the amount of money I pay. Do better.

ERICA IS THE BEST! And everyone else I’ve come into contact with has been kind, knowledgeable, and helpful. It’s always clean and my lashes always look so great! I go with classics and I cannot live without them. I’ll give up my nails and hair before I’ll give up these lashes. Erica can never leave me!
