So I want to preface this review by saying I’m a Store Manager at Victoria’s Secret. I share this information to point out that whatever criticism I’m about to give for the management here comes from years of fairly successful high volume management experience. The manager needs to go. The front desk team at this studio is some of the most poorly trained staff I’ve ever come across anywhere. I don’t want to call them incompetent, because I fully believe that they haven’t been given the tools to do their jobs successfully. The amount of times I’ve been overcharged, given wrong information, and had to deal with a headache because of something this team did wrong is just wild. When I finally called it quits and went to cancel my membership, they filled my cancellation too late and wound up still charging me for my next month’s membership. I call them to discuss it. The front desk girl calls the manager because she’s obviously not equipped to handle anything. So I’m on one line, the manager is on speaker on another line, can’t hear her, crazy echo, and she’s trying to explain my contract to me. Ma’am I followed the contract, it’s not my fault you processed it too late. When I went in to file my cancellation, I specifically asked the front desk girl if I would get charged for my next month’s membership and she said no, I was fine. When I point that out to the manager, she asks me if I remember who that was. No ma'am, I don’t. I don’t ask the name of every person I speak to, but I’m holding you accountable because it’s your fault she didn’t know what she was doing. You failed to train her, and everyone else on your team. When the manger is out, they call her with every little question a customer asks. As a manager, if my team was calling me 200 times on my day off, I would lose my whole actual mind. Do better. To the owners, find a more capable manager. I’m out. I signed up in April, they overcharged me on day one and it was a headache getting it fixed. And it’s been a downward spiral since. I’m getting off the ride. Do better. Giving 2 stars because the stylists are amazing. Thank you Bri and Monique, for making all of my experiences special. They’re the only reason I stuck around for as long as I did.

Very expensive and not the best work. They charge you extra for a master stylists. Her work was average at best. You don’t even get a pillow. Definitely robbing people. Avoid this place.

Save yourself the stress!!
RR location lacks integrity.
Problem 1: Treated myself to a full set on may 1st for mother day,By the 4th there wasn't 1 lash left,Ruined my natural lashes and what was suppose to be a present to myself.supply problem? New tech? mayb no big thing,could of been a easy fix BUT
PROBLEM 2: I was overcharged( ran my card while I was getting my lashes done X3TIMES) and almost 3 weeks later have yet to receive communication from owner or manager ( despite calling n leaving messages with staff 2-3 times a week).
Highly disappointed cause im clearly not getting my money back,or at the very least a call or email in response to my issue
Thankfully the RR location does not speak for the integrity of the company name as a whole.

RIP OFF!!!!!! Those contracts for members is a rip off . The cancellation process is bs. You have to jump through a ring of fire to keep them out of your bank account. I called the manger to let her know how bad the glue made my eyes have a allergic reaction and wanted to cancel services. I was told I had to come back to their store to do tht after I have moved 6 hours away . I asked could I go to any studio she told me no but gave me credits tht all expired within 90 days 4 credits . Lash job is two credits !!! It makes absolutely no sense .

Horrible place! I don’t recommend this place. Don’t waste your money or time coming here. This was my first time going to Amazing Lash on 04/2025. I went on Sunday then 2 days later my lashes started falling out. This has never happened to me. I contacted the office and someone reached out stating they would fix them. The second tech literally placed a lash on the bottom of my lashes I even showed the manager Tabitha how it was placed on the bottom lashes. The manager stated she would have a 3rd person redo the whole set. Why does it take 3 people to do lashes. Unbelievable! That’s definitely a red flag. Well the manager Tabitha never got back to me. I honestly deserve a refund.

I booked an appointment at this location after calling and being told no slots were available. However, I checked online and was able to secure the last available time. After confirming the appointment over the phone, I received a call 10 minutes later saying that the stylist I had booked with had just left home sick, and I was unable to come in. While I understand that things happen, I was disappointed by the lack of communication, especially after I had already confirmed.
I’m still willing to give the place another try, but I hope they improve their booking and communication process moving forward.

Nobody there can do lashes properly and please don’t trust this place with your debit card. Once they have it, they will use it without your permission. They have literally blocked me on everything because I leave bad reviews telling the truth. Please for the love of your lashes and your wallet go somewhere else.

Monique is the best lash tech ever!! She is always so sweet & nice to talk to. My lashes always look amazing!! I highly recommend seeing Monique when coming to this location.

I love this studio! My favorite lash artists are Nef, Bella, and Rachel. They are all very detailed, friendly, and accommodating. The front desk staff are also very friendly and helpful! I would highly recommend this studio.

Update: I received a nice email from the owner addressing my concerns which resulted in better training for the staff, as well as cancelation of my membership.
Edit: The response provided was rather disappointing, and clearly made by Tabitha. I was not upset at the "rules" (which where never an issue for the near 10 years I used Amazing Lash). Rather, I was upset by the lack of communication and professionalism shown by Tabitha. I did not argue, I did not cause a scene... I didn't even say a word. When I checked out, I was not asked how my services went, or if I would like to book again... I wasn't even told a Thank You or Goodbye. I work in retail and would not treat even the worst customer the way I was treated.
Once a 5 star location, the new manager - Tabitha, is going to single handedly bring this location down. It's a shame as their AWESOME technicians such as Natalie deserve so much more. I have been a loyal Amazing Lash customer for nearly 10 years and after just 2 transactions with Tabitha.. I am strongly considering taking my business elsewhere. That says a lot cause normally I would just switch locations... but if Amazing Lash is OK having people like her as management to represent their company, it speaks volumes how they dont value their customers. I won't bore with details here, but corporate is welcome to reach out to me for explanation if needed.
